From the moment you walk in the front desk staff are not only warm and welcoming but very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance and scheduling. The office is clean and comfortable. I had a crown crack off which was in the front and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Reichman took the time to explain the procedure and options thoroughly and clearly. The entire team is attentive , warm and professional. They always make me feel comfortable and at ease turning a potentially stressful experience into a positive one. I've been going to Dr Reichman since I was in high school for cleanings and I've recently gone to him for cosmetic dentistry. He spoke to me as I was his own family member with suggestions and different alternatives to get the result that I wanted. I had a small gap in between my front two teeth and he was able to close it for me. I've attached a before and after photo. His staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and very very friendly. I'll be moving to the west coast soon and I'll most likely be flying back to Chicago just to see him. My gap was literally closed within an hour. He's amazing! read more

Great location, friendly staff, and short waiting time with appointments. You tend to spend a lot of time with the hygienist and the dentist only stays more than 2 minutes if he sees something wrong with your xrays which was fine for me because I had a good visit. read more

UPDATE!!! I now have had to have a crown replaced that Mark just put in 2 years ago. I went back to his office the very next week after having the crown put in because of discomfort and an open margin that food was getting caught in. Mark said he was happy with the margins and didn't know what else he could do for me. Well, I had this looked at by another dentist last month and the x-rays CLEARLY show open margins all around the tooth. Since it has only been two years since the original work, I had to pay $682 out of my pocket to have the crown replaced by a REPUTABLE dentist. After two years of dealing with the food packing and smell of decay lingering, I am happy to have the problem fixed, but upset that Mark has my money for the shoddy work he did originally. Do everyone's mouth a favor and get out of our community. read more

Mark Riechman is an outstanding dentist! I went here yesterday for the first time (I just moved to Orland from the city). As sad as I was to leave my former dentist in LP - Mark made it a fantastic transition! His office is very zen & spa like (not your typical sterile environment). The staff is also very lovely & welcoming when you walk in. My visit was for a cavity filling - not the most fun thing in the world - not to mention I have the worlds most sensitive teeth! He numbed me perfectly and I did not feel a thing - didn't even feel the shot. Already have another appointment booked for teeth whitening & routine visits! Highly recommended. read more

I had been going to see these doctors for two years and loved them. I even recommended several friends to go there. I was always very satisfied until recently. They always recommended Invisalign at every visit and almost seemed to push it. Other people I referred said the same thing and almost felt uncomfortable with how often it was brought up. I also always had to pay some sort of a balance every time I visited, even though I was told I had all these "credits" on my account. The last straw came when they charged me for a procedure I did not have! When I called up to question it they were very rude and told me that I did in fact have it done! I think I would know what occured during a twenty minute dentist visit. They lied and said my insurance changed and that is why I was always having an account balance (it never did, I would have known! ). I called my insurance to double check in case I was losing my mind. I confirmed with my insurance that they were not billing correctly and trying to get more money from the insurance company!! I feel so foolish for referring people to this office. read more

I just returned from a dental appointment and wanted to write a review on behalf of Dr. Reichman and his staff. I was shocked at some of the reviews here as I have never had any such experience at this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark's for about 13 years. The front office staff is amazing, welcoming and accommodating. The soothing music and candles while you await your appointment time are a welcome bonus. I must say that I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seated for an appointment and I have never felt rushed out the door. The hygienist are very thorough and caring. I have had everything from cleanings, fillings, crowns and night guards done with Dr. Mark and his staff, as has my family. I can honestly say all our experiences here are handled with care, precise diagnosis and knowledge. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism that we receive visit after visit from Dr. Mark and his staff.
