SHAMEFUL, DISHONEST, AND PRICE GOUGING COMPANY! If I could…read moreleave no stars I would do that. Run from these guys before they rip you off. Our oven quit heating so I called based on their "Google Reviews", now I know they have to be fake. Service guy showed up within the hour window they quoted. Had me turn off the breaker for the oven, took out 4 screws and saw the element was broke in half. No need to put a meter on it, this is the problem, simple enough. Mind you, he was here less than 10 minutes at this point. He says let me do a quick quote, I happen to have the part with me. Great I say. Then he hits me with $412 to swap out the element. Folks look on YouTube at how simple and little time that takes. When I question the bid and the time it will take he says, I can do it for $350. I asked how much the part was and he said $105. This is also a lie (more to come). I told him I couldn't spend that much for what seemed a really quick repair. So he packed up and left. Now the rest- I called A1 appliance here in Nashville for the part and they have it in stock for $58, or if I can wait a day Amazon will deliver the same (factory whirlpool part, number W10779716) for $42. But he lied and said the part was $105. I did the whole repair myself for $65 and it couldn't have been quicker or simpler. Wait I almost forgot, it actually cost me $142.68 more because I had to pay this awful company that amount for the 10 minutes they spend in my house removing 4 screws and looking at a broken element. There's an old saying that if you can't trust someone with the small things, how can you possibly trust them with big things. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! $412 charge for a 15 minute repair and a $42-65 part (the exact same part he walked into my house with because I took a picture of it) is PRICE GOUGING and taking advantage of honest homeowners! Shame on you! You represent everything awful about the service industry and give a bad name to company's that actually DO THE RIGHT THING! Please go out of business!

I contracted to have 4 closets organized in April. Sales rep came out and sold me closet…read moreorganization for $14,000. Sales rep told me that the installer was GREAT! He had been installing for her for many years and did flawless work. I did not get that installer apparently because he destroyed my sheet rock and did not install the closets as was laid out by the rep. I sent a bunch of photos to the office and they sent out the installers boss. The finish on a lot of closet pieces were missing the factory paint. Appears like I got second hand materials or things not used on prior installations. Looks like it was in the installers truck for a while. Installers boss came out on 6/21 and confirmed that the closets were not installed correctly. He seemed shocked. He said replacement parts would be in 2-3 weeks and they would come out (he and installer) and make it right. I have left many messages with no action. The guy at the office told me that it takes 4-6 weeks to get materials in and that the installers boss didn't know what he was talking about. It seems like everyone is pointing fingers at someone else. I just want my closets fixed so I can use them. I do not recommend using Home Depot and their installers in Tennessee. Do your homework. I wish I would have. Now I'm stuck with this and no one from Home Depot is assisting me. I am attaching a few photos of the problems.

Both honestly were a bit of a let down. While I get the seasonal décor being limited because it's not there to stay, the limited options for exterior patio and yard lighting was a bummer. It was essentially an endcap. The store was clean, organized and in good shape. Service was non-existent, but we did not seek anyone out either. From entry to exit, we were not engaged at all. Passed several Associates on the floor and while we did self-checkout, the Associate running this area was on their phone during our checkout. Not a big issue, just surprising. Overall, this location is your standard Home Depot location and when in the area, if the need arises, I would have no issue swinging back through.
