She came back with a bowl of piping hot, dressed beef suya with a couple of picks for us to try. That was so smart because we were hooked! The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The raw onions provided some crunch and a bit of a palette cleanse before the next bite. Originally we were thinking about getting the box. But the sample was so good, and we knew we wouldn't come back that way for a while, so we got a half tray of a mix of beef and wings along with a "small" tray of jollof. It took about 25-30 minutes for our big order to be ready. The young lady handed us this gorgeous insulated bag with Project Suya on it and it was hefty. She also slipped in a pineapple soda to our order for free. We had food for days! We got to enjoy the "Benito Bowl" while we ate West African grilled meats. Ah! The beauty of living in MOCO. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it.
