Dr. Muraski is so thorough. If you go to him with a problem, he will find it and treat it. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Everything seemed to go fine and I really appreciated the care that Dr. Trinh showed me. So when I started having extreme pain in the same place, I went back to Renovo. I got Dr. Wong. Nothing visible on the x-ray, so he decided I must just have some discomfort from my crown, which he promptly pulled off. (Btw - the pain was way higher than my gumline). When my response was near to tears instead of relief, he seemed perplexed. He took me to the 360 x-ray machine, which showed a big abscess in the same root that had been retreated by Trinh. Wong retreated it (again) with apologies that I had to go back to the dentist and pay for a new crown to replace the one he'd unnecessarily removed. Both Dr. Trinh and Dr. Wong are pretty likeable guys, so I was willing to chalk that up to human error. Stuff happens, I guess. But then. I was sent back to Renovo by the VA to address a tooth that was so infected, it was coming out of the side of my gums. Dr. O'Hara told me the tooth was likely cracked through and needed to be pulled. I'd been in pain for months and thought I was finally in a place where I could get relief. But Dr. O'Hara got demonstrably mad at me when I asked if they could pull the tooth. It turned into a weird drama that I don't fully understand. (They seemed to have a lot of issues with working with the VA.) They told me they do not pull teeth unless they also get to be the ones to put in the implant. In the end, Dr. Trinh walked in, pulled the tooth and walked out. I had to call my dentist to ask for after-care instructions. Such a bummer. I really wanted to love this place. But I don't recommend them. At this point, I can't. I can get past the rude receptionist in Schaumburg (the Elgin one is great), but the quality of care is not great. Endodontists are usually awesome problem solvers. Unfortunately, these guys have caused me more problems than they've solved.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know whatever you do, do not come to this dentist office…read more These people are straight scammers. Let me explain my experience: I went in because I was having pain on my left side and thought it might be a cavity. They did x-rays, and the hygienist who did them had such terrible body odor that I had to hold my breath through most of it. Then the dentist (an Indian lady, I don't know her name) came in. She poked at all my gums so aggressively that I was throbbing afterward, and she didn't even address the actual pain I came in for. She looked at my teeth for maybe two minutes and left. The cleaning that followed was the worst I've ever had in my life. It lasted barely five minutes, and all the hygienist did was polish my teeth, no flossing, no real cleaning. When I asked about the pain again, they finally brought the dentist back, and she told me I had 15 cavities. Fifteen! She immediately gave me a bill where they wanted to charge my insurance $1,500 and told me I'd have to pay $300 out of pocket. I called my insurance and found out they cover 100% of that. I didn't need to pay anything. That already felt suspicious. To confirm, I went to a different dentist the very next day for a second opinion. Guess what? I had zero cavities. The only issue was a small overbite that was putting pressure on the left side. This place is nothing but liars looking to scam people for money. They tried to tell me I had 15 cavities when I had none. Worst experience ever, and they need to be shut down. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dentist office.
