They did an MRI of my neck and they have me a headset to listen to some music. The machine is larger and I was told can accommodate someone up to 500lbs. I didn't feel as closed in as I usually do. Today it was an MRI of my brain. It was noisy and I couldn't wait for it to be over with but it wasn't that bad! I wasn't sedated. If you need an MRI and they scare you or you are claustrophobic this is a place for you!

The next day I went in to get the final report and nothing even mentioned. My doctor had to call and tell him to go back in and reread it. This doctor does not give a thorough read of scans/xrays....and he gets paid to do this? The consensus is if you have medicaid, you can see this idiot....Community Hospital won't accept it for certain things. Sad thing is I pay for my insurance and went to this place. Don't make the same mistake I made. All Patwari does is give you a very vague general report, not a thorough one. Hell he doesn't even read what the other doctor is so very kind enough to spell it out for him to look for. This is the kind of healthcare provider that is dangerous to rely on for an intelligent opinion. Opinions such as his could kill people. I would have given him zero stars but it would not allow for it. Disgusted and never going back there. Not worth my time or the poor quality of work done. My heath is too valuable to leave in this nit wits hands!

Maher is the radiologist here, and a true professional. He instructed me not to wear any metal, which was nice because I didn't have to change into scrubs which is a pain. I diligently followed his instructions and had an uneventful procedure. When I walked to the counter to checkout, I overheard Maher telling another lady that her rings, jewelry, etc. had to come off. I would go through phone prompt hell to be told, for example, that I was 3rd in line waiting only to either a) have the phone ring over 100 times and then hang up on me or b) I would just be stuck on hold for half an hour. 2) Their changing rooms are just cubicles with curtains on them. I was already feeling distinctly uncomfortable as they were walking around with a workman, discussing what they wanted done. So I quickly took my top off and put on the gown and sat down to take my shoes off, only to then have one of the employees PEEK IN THE CURTAIN AT ME. She asked me, without any trace of embarrassment at getting caught, if I required any assistance. Um, NO, I don't. She then peeked in AGAIN when walking by after my MRI and I was changing back into my clothes. If you do cannot tell if anyone is in the changing room simply by the fact that the curtain is CLOSED, then try knocking or clearing your throat. There is ZERO reason that you should be peeping in on people while they are changing their clothes! 3) The person who did my MRI was nice, but there was zero communication either before or during my MRI as to how long the process would be. My appointment was at 3 and I got there early to fill out paperwork, and I didn't get out of there until after 4:20. I will never go to this place ever again.

Lori Russ was phenomenal and the MRI techs were great... very caring, kind and very helpful !! I had an MRI done and it was a third of the cost of having it done at the hospital!!!! I have a close relative who is a radiologist and he reviewed the report and had such compliments about the radiologist report!! They answer all my questions quickly and make everything so easy for me to understand. The techs are awesome, they go the extra mile to make sure you feel as relaxed as possible. My doctor usually gets my results the same day I have the test, which is basically unheard of! I love it there, and would suggest it to anyone in the area.
