I'm afraid that at this point the date for his surgery will not be available. Why is it so hard to get a call back? The only reason why I am leaving 2 stars is because the doctor he saw was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the front desk and scheduling is a mess. UPDATED they finally called us back after this review and then ended up postponing his surgery "until further notice" a week before. What a joke. They literally said we will call you in January. It's now February 24 and no call back. I called yesterday. They told me the doctors coordinator would call me back. Guess what? No call back today. What a surprise!

The whole process only took about an hour and a half with a mere 15 minutes for the actual procedure. The doc who performed the surgery was Dr Alecandrovich and he was as friendly as can be. Great dude. It was performed at the Paramus location with the pre and post-OP appointments at the Edison located reviewed here. All of the staff and employees were fantastic and couldn't have been more welcoming! I highly recommend anyone considering getting LASIK to pull the trigger, specifically, at LASIK Plus!

My daughter and I have…read morebeen going to another eye doctor but it seems like we will be parting ways with him because to get an appointment there it's a 4 months wait, which is ridiculous. So, we had our first appointment with Dr. Alan Zastrow this week. Very happy with the service. I'm also impressed with the machines they use here. Both my daughter and I were seen back-to-back and we were done within 1 hour. Dr. Zastrow has a very good bedside manner. Easy to talk to, has a sense of humor, etc. Sadly, they no longer take my insurance so this visit was out of pocket, but it was affordable. And for a yearly visit it's not a big deal that I have to pay. I was also impressed that we got his business card which was laminated and on the back they put our info (prescription strength) and when our next appointment will be. Plus, the office is a 5 minute drive from our house. So, we found our new eye doctor for the future.
