Many doctors can't. You also get three eye exams before the lasix to make sure they get the best results. On the day of the surgery, the xanax helped me relaxed and I was in and out before I knew it. Admin Director Keisha is exceptionally knowledgable and has the greatest, caring, holds-your-hand kind of service that makes you feel very comfortable the entire way. Dr. Malley and her team were astounding. Even Dr. Lambertson said they did an excellent job. I now have 20/15 vision. I do need readers for my age which is fine. The doctor I visited after the right eye surgery told me it was my fault for not taking the $8,000 out of pocket surgery. Now I am going to another doctor to get a second opinion. Extremely upset and disappointed! I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my cataract surgery and the information I was given before and after the procedures. I chose the cataract surgery that was covered by my insurance. Before the surgery, Dr. Grayson explained to me that I would still need reading glasses, but that I should not need glasses for distance vision. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. The surgery on my right eye went very well, and I achieved 20/20 vision. Unfortunately, my experience with my left eye was completely different. The procedure was extremely painful, and I did not achieve the expected result. My vision in that eye is now approximately 20/30 rather than 20/20.

Be prepared to wait the full 4 hours the day of surgery. I was forgotten about and had to remind the staff I was waiting after 3.5 hours went by. The next day for my follow up appointment at 12pm, I was told it was going to be 20 minutes and that I could wait in my car if I wanted to. Don't know why I'd want to wait in my cold car but my assumption is they say that because their waiting room is completely overcrowded. I was told they close at 1pm, however I did not get checked up on until AFTER 3:30pm for my follow up when my appointment was at 12. This is way after the 20 minutes I was told I would have to wait. Overall, they need to improve their scheduling. Their process is not sustainable and it seems many of the staff are lost, scrambling around reading files trying to figure out what to do. Possibly there's not enough people working for the demand? Anyway, you get your moneys worth as it is cheaper than most places, but expect two days of your life to be dedicated to their full waiting room.

He seemed to lack of experience to handle children patients although he claimed himself to be the one. When my kid felt uncertain of one shape he showed him, the doctor lost temper and started yelling at my child. My child was scared and burst into tears and then the doctor became more impatient. He finished the whole examination within 10 minutes and prescribed us a glass without diluting my child's pupils. When we expressed our concerns, we were told it is not necessary to do so for preschoolers as long as the doctor could check their eyes with a kaleidoscopes like tool. He left the room in such a rush as if he hated to be there with us for one more minute. In addition, the office setting was shabby. The examination equipment felt very old school. I would give 1 star for the front desk and 0 for the eye examination done by the inexperienced and short-tempered doctor. Will never ever go back and would not recommend any patient to visit his clinic.
