The only reason why I am leaving 2 stars is because the doctor he saw was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the front desk and scheduling is a mess. UPDATED they finally called us back after this review and then ended up postponing his surgery "until further notice" a week before. What a joke. They literally said we will call you in January. It's now February 24 and no call back. I called yesterday. They told me the doctors coordinator would call me back. Guess what? No call back today. What a surprise!

What I liked a lot was the relaxing environment, all of my questions were answered and they worked in partnership with my regular eye doctor, Dr. Lamberston in Old Bridge, NJ who always nails my prescription to a T. Many doctors can't. You also get three eye exams before the lasix to make sure they get the best results. On the day of the surgery, the xanax helped me relaxed and I was in and out before I knew it. Admin Director Keisha is exceptionally knowledgable and has the greatest, caring, holds-your-hand kind of service that makes you feel very comfortable the entire way. Dr. Malley and her team were astounding. Even Dr. Lambertson said they did an excellent job. I now have 20/15 vision. I do need readers for my age which is fine. So, we had our first appointment with Dr. Alan Zastrow this week. Very happy with the service. I'm also impressed with the machines they use here. Both my daughter and I were seen back-to-back and we were done within 1 hour. Dr. Zastrow has a very good bedside manner. Easy to talk to, has a sense of humor, etc. Sadly, they no longer take my insurance so this visit was out of pocket, but it was affordable. And for a yearly visit it's not a big deal that I have to pay. I was also impressed that we got his business card which was laminated and on the back they put our info (prescription strength) and when our next appointment will be. Plus, the office is a 5 minute drive from our house. So, we found our new eye doctor for the future.
