He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside).
