I came across Homestead's Real Estate advert on the Radio. As I was keen on purchasing an investment property, I contacted Munish who had in short notice provided me with available time slots to take me around the Lathrop and Mateca ares and show me investment opputunities. Munish Ghai is humble, dependable and a very reasonable realtor to work with. He not only was able to find us investment properties in both Lathrop and Manteca that fitted our budget, but was also able to get us a total of $35k worth of discounts through the builders. Munish ji's professionalism, vast knowledge about Lathrop/Manteca Area, honesty, integrity and work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I have purchased 2 investment properties through Homestead Real Estate and at every step of the way he kept me updated with the progress. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. With the high interest rates currently, he does his due dilignece by keeping an eye out for rate drops and provide suggestions on when to re-fi the loan as well. Finally going ahead with decission to use their Property management services was the icing on the cake. They truly are a one stop shop for all your needs in the Real Estate space. Just within 2 weeks of closing, we have renters ready to move in, with all the backyard work completed, along with the installation of blinds and delivery of the fridge, washing machine and dryer all taken care of. This definitely is one of the easiest and most convenient way to purchase Real Estate. Im looking forward to increasing my Investment Property portfolio and continue working with Munish Ji and his dedicated team in the future as well. read more

I have had the pleasure to work with Munish Ghai in the last couple of years and my experience has been more than fantastic! I have bought two properties with him so far. After the first transaction in 2022 I realized that I can completely trust and rely on him. He took care of the whole process i.e. from showing the property, working with the builder and getting the deal closed on time, getting keys, getting work done (inside and backyard) as needed, and renting it out. I was totally hands off and didn't have to follow up on any of these items as things just went smoothly with him handling them. This is especially very useful for someone like me who wants to invest in real estate in Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop area and doesn't live nearby. During this transaction he went above and beyond to guide and help me as during this time he had some personal challenges but he made sure that he was available to answer any questions and provide guidance. During my second purchase with him (recently in 2023) he outdid himself, he was so supportive during the whole process, that at times you can't even expect such level of support from your own family members. His Property Management firm also provides awesome service and value, at both the occasions the property got rented within a week, with great tenants. What more can one ask for in real estate investment. I totally recommend him, he is so professional and motivated that you can be at total peace when working with him and it's hard to find a better realtor, and trust me I have dealt with a few so far. read more

My husband and I purchased a home in Lathrop with the initial plan to manage it ourselves as a rental property. However, given our location in the Bay Area, the frequent commute proved to be challenging. As a result, we began searching for a property manager to handle and rent out our Lathrop home. During our search, we spoke with Munish Bhai, who informed us that their team typically manages properties purchased through them. Despite this, he kindly took the time to meet with us and provided valuable insights on evaluating properties for rental purposes. We were highly impressed by his candid, open, and professional approach, which ultimately led us to purchase a second property in Manteca with him during the same visit. Out of generosity, Munish Bhai also assisted us in managing both our Lathrop and Manteca properties. Since renting out the Lathrop home was crucial before closing on our Manteca property, we were thrilled by how quickly Munish Bhai and Candy found a tenant--within just 10 days! Their efficiency, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. I have nothing but positive feedback for the team and am extremely happy with my experience working with them. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for knowledgeable and reliable property management. read more

Munish is an excellent agent who is very knowledgable about real estate. He is well experianced, professional and very committed to his work. He is always reachable for any of your questions and gives the best advice where to buy the home. In our home buying experiance, we went to see him from his ad posted to buy the investment property with no idea about Manteca place. He made us very comfortable and explained all the details about Manteca, Lathrope and other nearby locations to find the best homes within our budget. Since he had the good connections with lots of builders and sellers, he knew how to negotiate and get the best deal which saved several thousands of dollars for us. We closed the home within a week. Best part is, he will give you one year free property management service. He listed our property for rental and within a month, we got several tenants applications and he chose the best tenants for us. I assure you will have peace of mind buying the home from him. We then ended up referring one of our friend to him and he bought the house in a week. He is the one stop for you if you are looking to buy, sell or invest on homes. This is my second review after I was blown away by the passion and dedication this team works with towards making their clientele successful. I have never worked with any business who cares for their clients so much. Munish Ghai and team are genuinely wanting to help and support you through the journey and make you successful. This is their mantra to become successful themselves. "Let's grow together" is their punchline... they are less of a realtor company and more of our friends now. We had the privilege of working with Munish Ghai's team in securing a brand new house in Lathrop area. The houses are in very high demand and only with the guidance of Munish Ghai, we were able to strategize the approach. It is very hard when the demand for homes go higher in the market - the sooner you secure the home, the sooner you start to build equity. Munish Ghai helped us understand the process, strategize and guided us through the process to successfully book a house under the market value... this is huge. The benefit you get working with a local realtor is priceless. I would work with Munish and team in the future to secure more homes and build my real estate portfolio. Thank you Munish Ghai and team. read more

We met Munish after hearing him on the radio show. He invited us to his office to tour some new homes in Lathrop and Manteca. We went with the intention of just touring, but were so impressed with him that we decided to invest right away:) Some of his qualities that swayed us include his honesty, humility, deep knowledge of local markets, and the potential price appreciation if we have a long term investment time frame. We closed on our home last week. His team immediately was on to the task of finding a suitable rental, with open houses planned for every weekend until we find a good tenant. We found a good tenant in the first week itself! I also want to call out his responsiveness. Most of our messages are responded within an hour or two at the most, which is amazing considering his busy schedule where he and his team work 80 hour weeks. As we are first time investors, there are many questions in our mind, and he always does a great job of putting our minds at ease with smart, well thought out answers. All in all, our trust in Munish has worked out great! read more
