After spending 18 years with one company, re-entering the workforce was, at times, intimidating and stressful. The support I received from Douglas was exceptional. He provided excellent leads that resulted in interviews, and his communication throughout the process was outstanding. His preparation before interviews and thoughtful follow-up afterward were both encouraging and well-guided. The support I received was truly appreciated and highly motivating. I am excited to share that I started my new job this week! I highly recommend Ultimate Staffing Services and encourage anyone seeking employment opportunities to contact Douglas Vaughn. In the end, the outcome was pointless, as nothing came from the interview. The entire conversation could have been handled through an email instead of requiring a video interview. Almost like the staff didn't want to do their jobs. asking a question was a bother because that made them get up and actually work & do their jobs. It's crucial for an agency, especially one that earns from the employees they place, to provide consistent and respectful support. Unfortunately, this agency fell short in that, making it difficult to get the assistance needed. I hope they recognize that their employees' well-being should be a top priority, and that respectful, clear communication is essential. Everyone has a role in their jobs and we can't do ours if they can't do theirs in allowing us with the right information, communication & tolls needed to do so. I was at a point where I had nothing to lose because I was fresh out off welding school and nobody wanted to hire a non experience welder. Looking for work about 6 to 7 months I couldn't catch a break. The temp agency's just wanted to fill positions offering $13 an hour. I quit a $16 an hour job to better my self and my family so I won't have to get $15 or less. Then I heard about Kinetics so I gave them a call. Ozzy listened to what I was looking for and told me about this place it was a foundry not exactly what I was looking for but Ozzy told me about there being room for growth in this company so I gave it a try. It just so happened that about one week before I started the welder left the company. So one month after I started they offered me the welding position because of my welding certificate. 4 months later I got a job offer from this place for over $20 an hour Thank you Ozzy for bringing me down to earth and making me see the bigger picture. 10 stars for you alone.
