I went in personally to speak to Mr. Icard and he just dismissed my concerns then said, of course they are in stock. They were right there on the showroom floor. That's where I keep my stock .they said they were going to come out and have someone inspect the chairs. They said that La-Z-Boy would not take them back. When La-Z-Boy was contacted, they said they hadn't heard anything about the chairs wanting to be returned, this establishment is dishonest discourteous and nonprofessional. They have the monopoly on the town of Las Cruces. Maybe they do but El Paso is only 40 minutes away and it's worth the trip. Is very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to get the furniture delivered in three day. This store has a great selection of great quality furniture. We came to El Paso without any furniture and he had us fully furnished in three days. It is a great store and was far better than many of the furniture stores we visited. The delivery team was very professional and got our furniture unloaded quickly with out any problems. I also liked that they called ahead and arrived when they promised they would. The whole buying experience was great!! I highly recommend this store and would definitely come back. They are way better than most of the furniture stores I have purchased from in the past.

I stumbled upon Cort while looking around online and noticed that they had a military deal and it seemed doable, so I ended up contacting them. This was probably the best decision I could have made. I worked with Monica Soto and she is one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She accomodated me as much as possible while trying to hammer out details while I was still overseas. She was patient every step of the way and made it easy to get everything squared away. On the day of delivery, I dealt with a man named Romo I think. He showed up and offered me respect and courtesy as we went over the paperwork and brought in all the furniture with his partner in a timely manner. He brought out a variety of lamp shades to make sure I was completely satisfied and was a great person to talk to overall. Great person. The day after delivery, I decided I had no need for the dining set and asked Monica if I could trade it for a TV. She said she'd do one better and offered me a TV stand too! It's been several months with the furniture and I've been happy with it all the way through. I'm leaving El Paso soon, so I'll be returning the furniture but I have to say that Cort did right by me from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more flexible solution to furniture and even moreso to my brothers and sister in the Army, especially if you have deployments, a PCS, or an ETS coming up. Today I went to buy a second desk for my kid and was told "they couldn't sell me the desk (which comes in a box) because the store was about to close in 10 minutes." The register did not have enough money for my change. The Manager came out and said he didn't have enough change in the store because it was the end of the month. It was mid September. He then mentioned that if even if he did have enough change it would take most of the store's money and the store could not function properly. He recommended another store nearby. I mentioned that was very poor customer service and that I will report it. He then went to the back and a rude young lady came out to hand me my change. I could not believe what just happened.
