The Bolognese didn't have enough meat to suit me and it hadn't been cooked long enough to develop that rich depth of flavor that my all time favorite Bolognese at Mimmo's in Destin has. Tasty thin and crispy crust with a nice sauce, delicious cupped pepperoni and plenty of cheese where extra cheese might be overkill. I used their online contact form to report this issue on the day this happened (5/25). It's now June 21st and I have never received a response. A new owner assumed the business in 2023 and apparently has no concern for customer service. I'm done with this place.

I tried while in Tallahassee. So I ordered a pizza with a non-tomato base. It was absolutely delicious. Well cooked good toppings and I really liked it. The Caesar salad I added chicken too because there was no meat on the pizza and I believe they don't charge extra for chicken so that was nice. The salad was great. Everything was great and the atmosphere seems like a fun family place to have pizza. They also had ice cream. And if I wasn't full and moderately lactose intolerant, I would've gotten some ice cream. But again I was staying in a hotel with no freezer so I didn't wanna risk having to eat it quickly.
