When we first arrived...I thought it was a bit weird that there was a chain across the door was permitting anyone from coming in. However, we stood there until someone came to greet us. Which wasn't too long. Once we got in, we were seated and to my surprise, they had the NBA channel going. Yay. . .love me some basketball. Once the waiter got to us he mentioned that they did not have pizza and my kids were so bummed about that because that is one of the reasons we went. However, they were very grateful for the chicken strips and fries. I really enjoyed my burger. . .which is what this place is mainly known for. My husband also had a chicken sandwich and he enjoyed his food as well. We both had margaritas and I was impressed with how good it was. I also want to mention how awesome our server was. He was polite, chatty and very helpful with the menu since this was our first time. We had the opposite experience of others that said service was bad. Our server was friendly and attentive from the very start. We had kids with us and she offers them a game to keep them occupied which was great. She kept us updated on the status of our food and it didn't take any longer than I would expect for 4 people. Door was roped off with a wait to be seated sign as if the place was VIP. When we asked to be seated a staff member looked around the restaurant as if trying to find an open table. The place was empty except two patrons at the bar. The staff member then asked the bartender if he could seat us, he nodded yes but no one ever did and we stayed outside while we watched the bartender continue to serve the two patrons and the other staff member swept the front steps. Had a beautiful weekend in San Juan. Went for a late night snack here. After ordering went to sit down at a small table for 2 to wait for my order and was told I couldn't sit there. I needed to sit on a bench closer to the street. The 2 seater table was open. I asked why I couldn't sit there and the server said I would be in the space of 2 people at a different 2 seater table. I reminded him the table was empty. I'm spending my money and waiting at the table. What I realized at that moment that people only treated you how you let them. I told him he would not mis treat me. The worst service ever....The bartender who says he is the owner is rude as hell. They left most of the customers outside for over 20 mins. Highlights: Wildly gross establishment and unsanitary conditions. Horrible service. Great place to go for slow and horrible service. I'm not sure if the waitress Leslie is always so unaware of the her tables needs or if it was a bad night. There were just two of us. I ordered a burger. My wife ordered the tacos. She completely forgot one order. After 5 or more minutes of no second plate I ask about it. She says "what?" Incredulously. And goes to the computer and puts her order in. The waitress cleared my plate that my wife and I ate before her plate came out. She even took my wife's plastic silverware away before her food was served. And that took forever to get a new package of silverware. The waitress was pulling an overfilled trash can around the place. Never saw her wash her hands or even disappear where she could have had the time. That's gross and unsanitary. Over all pretty disappointed with: - the service - food - cleanliness of the staff and establishment. I was afraid of what would happen to our food if I complained here. The burgers here are massive, and their fries are pretty good. I think it is a little overpriced for what they have to offer and the service and seating area are not the best. They are conveniently located and the portion sizes are really big so if you are looking for a heavy meal this place is worth checking out. Similar to other restaurants in the area though, do not go here if you are in a rush they are pretty slow to serve. I would not recommend their veggie or mac n' cheese burgers they were not the best. The mac n' cheese was under cooked and the veggie burger was kind of mushy. Their standard beef patty burgers are pretty good though. I did like the spicy burger with Jalapenos on it. read more

The meat patty is so dry and definitely smaller than what they claimed. We had to pay extra for honey mustard and mozzarella dipping sauce, both were missing. My jalapeño burger has only few dry up jalapeños. Everything just bad and costs a lot. Our orders came out to be $75 with Ubereats. This is the worst place to have a burger. We were looking for a place to have a good burger. This was one of the few open. After trying 3 other places that were closed. My wife asked for the Shroom Burger that comes with caramelized onions and french fries. 1st they didn't have french fries. They didn't offer any subtitutes and want to charge for the ones availables. thumbs down. I order sliders, the looked like ham n cheese sandwich. Presentation was poor, the portion was nothing. Slice of cheese was cheap supermarket type, so was the bacon. So there's a couple of things to watch before coming in here. I wouldn't recommend it for nothing.
