I've been to the food truck a couple of times and I am OBSESSED with the sweet ole bay wings. The food truck has an extensive menu, so I guarantee you will find something you like! I also had the pleasure of using the catering services and everything turned out phenomenal. We had pasta salad (A HIT!!), jerk chicken gyros, salmon sliders, fruit cups, and Caesar salad cups. Everything was great and they will really work with you to create a meal that will complete your event. Highly recommend!!

The salmon atop her salad, if I had to be more specific. This food truck, Grater Cater, currently appearing at the College Park, Maryland Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8:00-1:00 in season, features the best seasoned and slightly charred salmon I have ever tasted in a restaurant or elsewhere. I hope to enjoy it as often as possible, every Saturday, while I can, begging like Scooby Doo and Shaggy for Scooby Snacks if I have to!

I've seen this red stand sitting idly in the closest gas station to my house, but it was never open or anything. But just a few weeks ago, I saw a grand opening sign, and now they're open! I stopped by... because it's right near my house and it's not fast food, so how could I not?! As the name suggests, they have baleadas, but they also have pupusas, flautas, and more. I have had a baleada once before, but I had to try a new one. It's... hard for me to describe... maybe like a breakfast quesadilla? But even so, it's still different. But I got that and it was flavorful and yummy! I also got the zambos preparados because I was not familiar with them. It's a brand of plantain chips from Honduras, and they basically turn them into nachos! And they even keep them in their original bag... that was fantastic! I might've enjoyed them more than the baleadas. I went back to try their pupusas, which were also good -- not as great as others I've had. I need to try their drinks next time. It's great having a unique food stand that's so easily accessible in the gas station. I wish them the best and, I'm not sure if it's the owners I've interacted with, but they're quite gracious.

This was my first time tasting Honduran food, and I enjoyed it. Since it was my first time, I had the namesake --- Carne asada baleada. I appreciated that if it was made to order, down to the tortilla. The portion size was generous, and it was flavorful. I also enjoyed my tamarind drink. Since the truck is in an overcrowded gas station, parking was a challenge. It was also difficult to order because the cashier/cook did not speak any English. She asked a gentleman who was waiting for his food to translate for me. . Pro Tip: Park by CVS and walk over.
