I placed my order online, but when I arrived, I was told they had already closed at 3:00 PM. After I showed them that my order had been placed online before I arrived, they still took the time to make my food. Not only did they honor my order, but because of the mix-up, they hooked me up with an incredibly generous portion of fish. That level of customer service is exactly what keeps people coming back.
