My daughter and I love to play trivia. While she was visiting from LA, we spotted Mulligan's as a place to test our brain cells. We're so glad we went to this spacious, charming pub. We started with two drinks on the Winter Specials menu: Caramel Swirl Martini ($9) and Blackberry Bellini ($8). Look at those affordable prices! We shared a house salad and then dove into the Boneless Wing Basket (Buffalo with fries) and the Corned Beef Tater Kegs with house made 1000 Island dressing. The wings arrived underdone (that's why the food got 4 stars). But it was such a fun night. The staff is attentive and hard working. The place is inviting and clean. I went to Mulligan's for trivia this week. For starters, the trivia was super fun and I'd definitely recommend it! However, my experience overall was a little up and down. I ordered a drink off the winter specials menu, the Caramel Swirl Martini. It was very sweet and topped with whipped cream, but very delicious at the same time. And only $9! My mom ordered the Blackberry Bellini and it was very fresh and just the right amount of sweet. She liked it, though it was so strong she didn't finish it! I was psyched to see they had boneless wings on the menu, since I'd been craving them recently. I ordered them and waited (im)patiently for them to arrive. The "wings" were pretty much just small cubed pieces of chicken, which is fine, but they're pretty tiny. But that's not the real issue. Upon biting into my first piece of chicken, I noticed it seemed a little spongy and rubbery. I cut it open and it was not fully cooked -- it was still completely pink inside. I cut open a second piece of chicken and it was in fact cooked. But this really put me off eating the rest of the wings. I told the waitress and she was very kind and accommodating, and took the wings off the bill. She offered to bring me a new order, but to be honest, I wasn't going to eat their chicken after that. I stuck with an order of fries and my cocktail. Service was pretty good -- there were two waitresses working, one was definitely a little nicer than the other, but they both made sure our table and the rest of the restaurant (which was packed for trivia) were well taken care of throughout the night. I'm giving 4 stars because overall the restaurant is great -- lots of food and drink choices, fairly affordable, and they host really fun trivia. Unfortunately, though, I just can't give it five stars when I received undercooked meat. read more

Work lunches end up here fairly often so i have a good idea of how this place is run. The selection of food is my favorite part with unique items like corn beef egg rolls and buffalo chicken sandwiches. Their Reuben tastes great especially with the provided dressing. Appetizers are expensive to the point where you cant justify getting both a meal and splitting an appetizer. Service always seems to be a bit laid back, but I normally have no problem with the drink refills or finding someone to put a request in with. They are all happy to help! The store stays busy during lunch hours. Store cleanliness is mediocre but the tables stay clean. Overall, i like going to Mulligans Pub for a good sandwich and pub environment. read more

If you don't like garlic and don't like Parmesan these are NOT for you. Broccoli was blah. My sandwich was yummy. It was the Angry Irishman. The components were on point but the corn beef was trash. The flavors of the sauces and the pickles and even the bread were GREAT but the quality of meat was not good at all. Service was substandard. Our first time and it was wonderful! We stopped with our kiddos for a late lunch after some Sunday skyzone fun. It was also during football playoffs and we had never been so we weren't sure what to expect! ALL the servers were so friendly, everyone worked as a team to deliver a fantastic experience and great food! When we left our server told our kids to have a great week at school. Great time at this sports bar. The nachos were packed and quite frankly very filling. Mulligan burgers were prepared well and served with fresh toppings. They come with chips although you can substitute fresh cut fries. Nice size TVs to watch the games. They have clearly set up for social distancing which was nice and they have a paperless menu. I came in and it was almost empty. Not a particularly good sign. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. Within 20 minutes the place was packed! The locals don't come here because it can be better they come in this quantity because this is a cool place with good service and good eats. But this is my review for my experience. I feel for the two young ladies that waited on me from the bar because they had little or no help. They did what they could. I ordered a bowl of chili. The chili was billed as meaty. It was but it was cold and tasteless. Tasteless. Even though the customers continued to come in I decided to call it quits. I'll be back when I am up here next. This is your neighborhood pub. This place has two full Irish bars and plenty of dining seating. At lunch time it is more restaurant than bar which I love. I think it is safe to say the food is good. This is our favorite spot for wings! Tuesday's and Thursday's are wing night so boneless wings are $.55 and traditional at $.65. It's a great sports bar to watch Cavs or Indians game. Mulligans tavern is on of my all time favorite local bars. As the name implies it's a sports bar. It get's pretty busy on game days, but usually pretty casual and friendly. They have a nice selection of domestics as well as imports. This is a sports bar, not a cocktail bar however. The food is really something I get at least once a week. The ruebens, turkey club, and burgers are all safe bets here. They also have real onion rings. In the summer they have outdoor seating which is always nice. I've personally been treated nicely by all the servers here. This place will always be on the top of my list for food, and an occasional beer. The atmosphere is fantastic. Be aware though, this is bar food- but bar food at it's best. read more

I come here about once every week or two for lunch. Tons of parking, seating, tvs and a great menu. I have never had bad thing yet. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken, either wrap or salad, or the leprechaun burger. I prefer the house chips to the fries, and grilled chicken over crispy chicken. Where to even begin... When you first walk in, there is no sign telling you to seat yourself, no hostess directing you where to go, instead a bartender is just yelling at you to seat yourself. A sign indicating this is how this particular "restaurant" works, would avoid confusion and cut back on angering the already angry bartender just by simply never being to a restaurant before and not knowing the M.O.! Next, our waitress was an older woman who was not very pleasant, or good at her job. Mind you it was a Monday night, so it wasn't packed or anything. She barely came over to our table, got drink orders wrong, forgot our waters all on top of being prickly. I wouldn't have written this review though if it weren't for the dark haired older lady behind the bar with a red tattoo on her upper arm. This bartender (the one who "sat" us) was so abrasive, rude, spoke to me like I was a 10 year old for absolutely no reason, dropped our to go box onto our table without saying a word etc etc.. Besides the abysmal service, the food was dry, lacking flavor/seasoning/taste and was honestly a huge waste of money. The place smelled like toilet water and when they bring you the bill, it's not itemized so you have no clue what you're even being charged for. Overall, quite possibly one of the worst restaurants I have ever stepped foot in and I can guarantee myself or anybody I know, will not be coming to Mulligan's tavern ever again :) read more
