We asked to speak with the kitchen but our server had the manager - doubling as bartender - (Red flag #2) come over to speak with us. She was very gracious and quite wide-eyed when she saw my husband's thin, grizzled steak, and offered to discount our meals. (I got the feeling this may have been a frequent occurrence.)
