First interaction brought the comment "if I have to make another hamburger, I'm going to vomit ". We were there for a late lunch. The second staff person who relieved the first, never asked if we would like anything further and when my husband went to the bar - she decided wiping down the entire bar was much more important than waiting on customers. The stars are for the burger less one star for each server.
