We ran out of water and no one ever filled it back up. The food took forever. Once it was here, it came out cold. My salad came after the main meal. My son's veggies which was his side came 10 minutes after he got his burger. We were never checked on to see how things were going. They say their brussel sprouts are the best thing on the menu, they were not. They were cold, saggy and had fake parmesan cheese on top. (The parmesan that comes in a can/container). We will not go back. With this long wait for everything, it was not busy at all to have that be the excuse.

I'll admit, I was expecting more of a tiki vibe, but there is a section off to the side of the restaurant that has that theme. It was a pretty slow night when we visited, and I have to say the menu is a little all over the place. Birria Philly sandwiches, crab rangoons, pizza... quite the variety! Since it was our first time, it was great having a personable waitress who was friendly and had some good recommendations. Always appreciate that when you're trying a new place! I decided to stick with old faithful: wings. And I was NOT disappointed! I ordered the breaded bone-in wings tossed in General Tso sauce. I've never seen that combination before, but you really can't go wrong with my favorite Chinese takeout sauce. The wings were HUGE! The breading was nice and crispy, and the sauce had that perfect sweet flavor with just a little bit of heat. I could only manage three of them! I also tried some of my wife's asada fries, which were loaded fries topped with steak. She enjoyed them! One thing I would probably skip is the boneless wings. They looked a little sad compared to the monster bone-in wings. Overall, the breaded bone-in wings were a definite WIN especially with a $6 draft beer! I'd come back again.

The fries were also lightly battered and crispy and hot. We had white bread instead of traditional rye bread, which was a little disappointing. I'd really like an option for potato pancakes, even if it's a little extra. Definitely 4.5 stars. Good rye bread would round it out and make it a 5. Will definitely be back.

Jordy's definitely had their act together, and I was quite impressed with a few things here. First off, the friendly staff and clean atmosphere were very inviting. We had a large party, and everyone was directed to a nice, clean area. There wasn't food all over the seats or brushed off to the sides. The floor was very clean, making the establishment inviting to sit down and have a meal. We ended up ordering all sorts of platters, samplers, steaks, and ribs. People got many different items, and no matter what we threw at the staff, everything for appetizers came out at the same time-and then all the main entrees together. Given the variety of foods ordered, the timing of everything being served was seriously impressive. A big shout out to Emilio, who did just about everything as the person who we constantly interacted with. His demeanor was wonderful, and I would ask for him by name going back to the establishment. Given the variety of foods ordered, the timing of everything being served was seriously impressive. I found the prices to be very affordable, especially for the quality of food you were getting out there, and the drinks were not priced at extortion rates like you see at other restaurants. I'm not in the Watertown area too often, but if I were and was looking for a great place to get some food, I would absolutely recommend Jordy's.

I was very pleased overall. It was cooked just right and was very tender. My baked potato had plenty of add ons; bacon cheese and sour cream. The mushroom soup was good. The small dinner rolls were outstanding; hot and crispy on the outside. Everyone else ordered the fillet, one rare and the others medium rare. All commented that their fillets were perfectly cooked and very tender. Our server was very pleasant and attentive throughout and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meal. I'd call it a 4.5 stars but overall I went with 5 for the overall experience.
