I just trained Jennifer for solemas 3 years both of my vehicles were in the state of disrepair and…read morefailing he refused to come out and finish jobs he started I had a mystery breakdown of my engine it went from running perfectly fine to to piss cylinders no no power he brought over a car for me to look at to buy after both of mine weren't running from the maintaining them and I said okay I'll take a look at it it's supposed to be a truck they had four disappeared they demanded I give them money up front so they could buy it because sold because they didn't feel like looking it up and doing all the back story work on it even though it never seen any of it that's what they said they wanted $5,000 to buy a truck on the spot and then bring it to me I said no I want to see it first so then they started promoting this car they show up at 12:30 at night with a Hyundai I wanted to pick up truck I got in I drove 10 ft it had a blown engine I stopped I said I don't want it I said here here's the half the money to continue looking for vehicles they demanded the deposit so I was giving it to them I handed her half of the money in my hand I was counting it she then he parked the car he came over he walked around up to me and basically forced me backwards away from the car the truck window where his wife was sitting she rolled the window up locked the door he got he turned around hop back in the truck in the piss on your side and said that's your car I said I don't want that car what are you talking about and they drove away with my money she threw a bill of sale at the window that's not even a real one that has her signing it and has the date and is that it's undated and it has her signature only and it says the car's name and the model that's it there was no keys no title no nothing they left a broken car in front of my house for 3 months until the police finally towed it the police won't help me for someone no reason I think they might be related to the jet train Jennifer but they wouldn't pursue it and I basically got nothing they stole $2,600 from me never gave me a key never gave me a title in the title came two weeks later I brought it to the tax collector and they took it from me and said it's a fraudulent title so when they did send the titles fraudulent so I don't have a key a title a car or anything and they're hiding their address from me so I can't even get the address I sent it a demand letter to sue them the only recourse I have 3 months later it came back and said it was undeliverable so I am I'm literally liquidating all my asses to try and survive I'm 64 years old they did this at 12:30 at night the next night they came back after they said they were going to take the car back and give me my money back she texted me that they came at 12:30 at night again by the police the police came knocking on my door and said is this your car is this them I said no it's his car so he told them it must have told him it was his car he left and left the car there and never took it away to this day of not gotten any satisfaction or any money back or anything I have a type tape of them if anyone wants to see it 20 minutes of them telling me how I'm so stupid I don't know a good deal when I see one I don't have a car or anything everything's gone and my money's gone and they haven't returned one time I can't even get their address off Monday they won't even answer correspondence any of them for 3 years the criminals their thieves and their liars and they they basically ruined me I'm going to fixed income and even in the recording I have of them you can hear him say we know your situation and then they stole my money anyway I had to liquidate my crypto at 90% loss 80% loss just to pay my bills it was only get 750 months so security that they're aware of and they did that anyway just split my money and never gave it back now no car no nothing I don't know if their address I'm still trying to sue them if I can find out where they are they won't answer anything and they I have Jennifer stating I'm so stupid I don't know a good deal if it bit me in the face when she said she was coming to get the car back that night they never took it back they came up and they did something outside and neither one of my vehicles work after that and I had to get the cars repaired plus I had no money plus I had a dead car out there and then they towed it I got evicted because of the car left out there and train you that I was having trouble with the landlord left it there anyway I have the paperwork stating that I'm being evicted because of the car out front and I can't find them to sue them and they won't answer phone calls or give my money back even though I have nothing and a fraudulent title the criminals they are total criminals

Example: my other place told me that I needed to get rotors replaced (over $1000). This place told me that (1) I could wait until my next oil change in 6000 miles, (2) that they have a machine to resurface rotors instead of replacing them entirely, (3) that it would only cost me about one-third what the other place quoted. They are highly knowledgeable and they are also really good at finding deals. I referred a friend here who needed a part replacing and they called up different car yards to find the part to save her money (of course you can always get the more expensive versions of things too if you want). My friend just really appreciated that they were trying to help her save money. So yeah five out of five. I drive an hour out of my way just to come to these guys here.

Anyway, after numerous nebulous texts to a litany of mobile mechanics and unable to nail one down on either time/price or both, I contacted Tony at MnM. I dropped the car off and within an hour he called me and said my alternator's fine but your battery's cracked. So, picked up the battery and swapped it out at Costco and took the new one back to MnM and shortly they had me up and running. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did.
