Met a group tonight for a happy hour meetup and was happy with the selections, service, and spaciousness of the bar area and restaurant. A large selection of Irish beers too. Great place to go for good pub food! The fact that they were opened especially after Christmas, when a lot of places were closed, was so much appreciated! We were starving! We were pleased to enjoy such a nice variety of entrees ,and dined by the fireplace was a bonus ! Our server Paige was not only experienced with how the entrees were prepared , but was also most accommodating! I had fish n chips but wanted to swap chips for vegetables and she accommodated this request with no problem! I just had the best chicken French dinner. I thought Lemoncello's was good this beat it. So moist and flavorful. This place is so Irish!! The potatoes had lumps just like my little grandmas potatoes. Our server was good but the busser was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!! read more

New Greece Location. Pretty pathetic that yet another local business FAILS when it comes to the basics. The look of the place is fine and we have no idea about the food or drinks considering we were straight up ignored for 25 minutes. We stopped in on a Friday at 1:45pm and there were a few people at the high tops and a few people in the back area eating but every seat at the bar was filled. There was one female bartender on duty who had a miserable look on her face and was mad at the world because she was working. Note to the bartender; you picked the WRONG industry to work in if you can't even fake being pleasant. She would not make eye contact with anyone because that meant some would order a drink. We waited and waited, waved our arms, called out, and after several other customers complained about not getting a drink, we left and they left. The owner was there and could not be bothered stepping in an helping. He too ignored everyone and looked miserable. However, was pleasantly surprised with the good pub fare. My entire group said their food was excellent. A must stop if you're in Fairport. read more

Terrible! I ordered the 1.5 boneless wings to go. When I picked up my order there was nothing close to what I ordered. Had to go back into the restaurant to hopefully rectify the situation. The man host was anything but helpful. Then he said he would bring my order (food) back to the kitchen and ask them what went wrong. It was very clear what went wrong, And do you think I would allow my food be handled - once again - to the kitchen so they can spit on it? I requested the manager on duty. She was less helpful than the man host. She never looked at me, never asked what the situation was, never even apologized for the inconvenience. Terrible representation of the business. I underestimated this place. We stopped here on a whim because another place was closed. It was 8pm on Tuesday and they were only offering the one page late night menu. Mulconry's is a nice local bar/restaurant that has wonderful staff and a nice inviting atmosphere. Plenty of parking across the street and easy accessibility for all. Also included in the building is a huge upstairs with an available party room type atmosphere with a large outside patio that is beautiful to sit out on during the summer. For dinner, I was in the company of two others, one had a cheeseburger on gluten free bun and she said it was really good. My other companion had the MulConry's burger which was huge and sloppy but in a good way- he said it was " Sooo good!!" And I had the Ruben and Tater tots, the Ruben was ok, but to be honest I was hoping for a much better Ruben sandwich from an Irish pub and restaurant. The meat was small little morsels that got blended in with the sauerkraut and really got lost in the dressing. Staff was super friendly and service was on point! read more

Traditional pub food and comfy location. When we are out in Fairport and just want standard pub food this is our go to. They also have really good Irish options and comfort food. The shepherds pie is great. We recently ordered the corn beef poutine. It was delicious and huge! I did order the beer battered chicken tenders and I think they came out as traditional. They were okay. Definitely make sure to specify which ones you want and not point and say the chicken tenders. read more

This is literally my favorite place. I've been to pubs all across Europe, the US, Canada, and Mexico, and this is easily the one I like the most. The food is always top tier. I think my only complaint would be wanting more of a range for drafts, but that's it. Also, they easily have the best soup (specifically the five onion soup) that I've ever had. I always have some to take home for lunch. The chicken tenders are fantastic . This is a very "Fairport" place and always feels like home. I love this location because it is near the canal. There is some outside seating & they also sometimes have live music. We did not come at an extremely busy time but service was very slow. I think it took about 10 mins for someone to come to our table. I have the Shepherds Boxty. The potato part of it was not what I was expecting at all. It was more like a pancake then potato. Another person in our party had the beef on wick. This sandwich was not on the correct roll, nor did it come with dipping sauce. The meat was dry & there was very little of it. Staff was friendly when they did come to the table & food was ok. I don't think we will go back here since there are some better places in the area read more

Update: we went for the fish fry! SO SO good. You're served a Giant piece of cod or haddock (depending n the special), that has been beer battered and comes with a lemon. You will leave very full, but clean your plate. The fries are yummy and potato-y. The coleslaw is vinegar based - in case you care, like I do - but still well made. Our service this time was very slow and disjointed, but everyone was still very friendly. Glad we were able to stop in one more time! read more

Was in town visiting in-laws when I was refused service at the bar due to not being a New York resident. Great ambiance with a great selection. Would be worthwhile to have bartenders learn how to read out of state IDs rather than outright refusing service. Will visit in the future if the owners adjust their policy. read more

Visited from California to meet old friends, have some drinks and have a nice meal. There was a table available that we took to wait for friends and start our drink order. The waitress was very rude and showed NO customer service. She abruptly said we could not sit there for longer than 2 hours and that full meals had to be ordered and would not let us order appetizers while the other two people showed up (total of 6). We politely went upstairs to finish our drinks that had already been ordered and to get away from that waitress. They made it easy for us. We went and had a much better meal elsewhere and we just finished. They lost out on what would have been a good serve/sale/great tip. read more

I had the Reuben as I did the first time I came here, but they have changed their bread from the amazing seed crusted bread I first had to regular ho hum rye bread. The meat was tender though. We also tried the boxty special of the day. I didn't really know what to expect but I was hoping for a shredded potato pancake stuffed with love like an Irish arancini.
