Well, I believe Karma has been on Jasmine's McKenzie's side throughout her entire career. So I will disagree with you on every aspect of your review Ms. Anna A. I have been going to see Jasmine for around 4 years (give or take) and she has ALWAYS been a complete professional. I have 2 daughters under the age of 2 and she works around my busy schedule all the time and is always VERY prompt to call me back and reschedule if I need to cancel in any way. She also texts ME when she has an opening she knows I could make it to just in case if I am in need of a massage (I had a car accident when I was 18 & my neck curves the complete opposite of the way it should so I get a lot of migraines). Jasmine is at the top of her field. Not only because of her talent but because of her heart. She cares for her clients and bends over backwards to appease them. She is always taking courses on new techniques and you can tell she does it because she loves it and has a thirst for knowledge because she is always ready to try the techniques she learns. And, personally, I would rather have someone who is positive and loves their job giving me a massage instead of a negative person who just does it to make money because I, too, believe in karma and I also believe positive people (or negative people) rub off on you, so I choose to surround myself with positive people. Jasmine is always polite, professional, & honest. And I am sure your issue was 1 in a million, Anna A. because I have met many of Jasmine's clients, and they are "over the moon" happy with her. Jasmine is a true miracle worker that allows me to continue tattooing as a profession. I had a car accident 25 years ago that left me in a wheelchair for 8 months and a lifetime chronic pain. Also tattooing is not an ergonomically great career choice for someone with my pain struggles, but she helps me manage wonderfully. She also massages my husband who is a jiu jitsu blackbelt (who's always in some state of disrepair) and my son with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis manage his pain as well. Hello. Just want to say what excellent massages I have been receiving from Jasmine Mckenzie. As a painter, climbing up and down step ladders, gripping roller and brush handles, I get very stiff and sore throughout my back, arms, hands and hip areas. I searched for a Massage Therapist via web and came across Mrs. McKenzie. I have been getting chiropractic care and physical therapy for the last few months on my lower back. Jasmine is amazing at finding the spots that need additional attention and adjusts pressure wonderfully. She is very focused on relieving sore muscles and providing all over relaxation and peace. I saw her shortly after some surgery and she helped me find relief I couldn't get on my own because of the locations and angles of my pain.
