Burgers and fries are always great.. Service has always been good. It's definitely my go-to burger sitdown place. Nice environment

I ordered a burger with tomato and mayo only. Onion rings not fries. It came out plain with French fries. Sent it back. It came out medium raw. There were 5 of us - 4 out of 5 burgers were very undercooked. (I wish I took a picture) 2 of us sent them back the other 2 said they never send food back because they don't trust it. They ate the outer edges and left the middle. We've now sent 3 meals back and never seen a manager to address it. They didn't take off a penny from the bill. (not that we couldn't pay it) Very bad customer service. On a better note: The waitress was good and once the burgers and onion rings came out cooked it tasted very good. read more

I only give a 5 star because the wonderful service I received from Miranda. The food was accurate but she made my whole experience. And whoever that host is Ariel with the blonde hair and was petite needs to be let go. She was absolutely horrid to others. One of the worst experiences we've had. This was a special dinner out for our whole family. My son had wanted to go there since they opened so he was very excited. Well, first we were seated in a mostly empty dining room all the way back near the bathroom entrance. There, we waited to be seen by a server... after approximately 20-25 minutes. We asked our very disappointed son if he wanted to go across the street to Ruby Tuesday's. He did. We mentioned on our way out to the employees chatting at the front desk what had happened and instead of apologizing to us the proceeded to blame each other for what happened. read more

Food has been good the few times we have visited. Staff is courteous and quick. Seems like they assign the staff to various parts of the restaurant instead of a section. Prices are a bit high but the size of the sandwiches meets or exceeds expectations. We will return as often as we are in the area. read more

So wanted to like this place. First service is slow, they wasn't busy at all. The seats feel like your sitting on high school bleachers. My daughters glass (plastic) had "gunk" built up all over the rim. Really GROSS!! We probably should of left after that but we stayed for the food. I ordered the mushroom burger and it was flavorless and the bun had a weird sweet taste to it. Waitress acted like I was wrong about the flavor. I should of let her taste it. My other daughter got a garlic ? burger and it was way to salty. I can say the pow pow shrimp and sweet tea were good, that's about it. Needless to say all 5 of us do not wish to return. So, we have been avoiding this place since it opened in Pace due to the negative reviews on yelp. We finally tried it despite the reviews and we are so glad that we did. We were able to sit where we wanted to and the tables were all spread out so you are not sitting on top of other people. Our waitress was named Alex. And she was super helpful and super nice. She kept an eye on us through the entire meal and made sure we did not have any empty drink glasses the entire time we were there. We got onion rings for an appetizer. They were hot and fresh out of the grease. Very good. The ranch is made in house and it is very good also. We got 2 different types of burgers and they were both amazing. And the fries were very good as well. I just wanted to give this place a good review since most of the reviews on here are not great. We went during happy hour. Both bartenders were nice and attentive as well. We got the chips n Rotel. We got my mother in law the patty melt with onion rings to go. She enjoyed her meal. The decor was interesting. They had a lot of tv's with sports on. I would definitely go back again. read more

I never thought I was say this, but I miss Ryan's over this joke of an establishment. New or not the wait staff all have attitudes and you are going to spend a nice 30-45 mins sitting staring at each other. The layout is also extremely poor acoustic wise, I know that it's odd to bring that up, but it's loud in there and the sound bounces all over. Food wise nothing special at all, it's your basic over priced sports bar food. We tried the place twice, it was a let down both times. Also, parking....hahahah have fun with that hot mess. We've eaten here several times. Today will have been our last. We ordered three burgers and they came out quick. Suspiciously quick. Like already cooked, warmed back up quick. They were delivered within 5 minutes of ordering. They were pre-made frozen burgers that were warmed back up. The burgers tasted funny, the buns were hard and stale. It was very disappointing. After an initial unpleasant experience with one rude waitress who told us we couldn't be moved from one table to another (we eventually did) we had a much better experience with the second waitress. Everything was sweet. Eggrolls - sweet, chili on the nachos - sweet, fried shrimp - sweet, signature sauce - sweet. I could look past all those things, but what I found inedible was their burger buns, you guessed it - sweet. Nauseatingly sweet, I just couldn't get past the taste. The meat was ok (although I ordered medium-well, and it came out pink) - but the burger bun was like eating a donut! I like my savory food to be savory, not overwhelmingly sweet. In all fairness, my husband loved it, but I just couldn't get past the sweetness of the burger. Probably won't be going back. Service was decent, our waitress was very nice. The food was mediocre at best. There are plenty of other restaurants that have better. another review on here stated it was noisy which it is but i figured, hey its bar. Bars should be a little noisy. In hind sight tho that reviewer is right. The were not many ppl in there compared to the size of the place and it was noisy. There are no sound mitigation fixtures (Carpets etc) anywhere like you would see in a regular bar. This is all subjective of course. As for the service- that was terrible. We were seated right away but we waited almost half an hour for our food and they were not even busy. We were well past done eating before the waitress checked on us and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to pay the check. We do not normally eat out locally anymore but decided to give them a try for my birthday. It's a huge dining room so we were seated right away and our server Zack was super quick to get our drinks and our order was out in less than 10 minutes. Chik Fil A can't even do that these days. Zack was awesome even though he told us it was only his 3rd day. He was super friendly and did a great job. The food was also great. I couldn't even finish mine. read more

Lots of businesses are suffering due to covid-19 totally understandable during these trying times cleaning measures in full effect so much so that I literally watched the bus boy spray bleach all over several tables including the salt and pepper hey that stuff needs to be disinfected too RIGHT ! So besides the 30 min wait with 20 other people without masks ( no big deal we were spaced 6' in small groups and getting our appetizer cold it's suppose to be HOT and getting a literal sauce dish of salt after telling the waitress how great there sanitize -Ing process is and the ranch when we were just about finished with our under cooked bubba deluxe burgers from Sam's club I can say without a doubt the two star review was I read was legit I mean come on reduced seating capacity and the same level of staff as pre corona I saw at least 7-10 standing around except to spray bleach and to delay all the wait staff including ours and the service doesn't actually improve ??? Went to the Mugshots in Pace, FL tonight. Very disappointed. Ordered the chips and guacamole. The bowl of guac was placed on top of the chips. When I took the bowl off the chips there was something white all over the chips. Then I looked at the bottom of the guac bowl. There was ranch dressing all over the bottom of the bowl. That is what was on the chips also. There were some huge chunks of avocado in the guac, so much that I had to smash them with my fork to be able to dip it with the chips. I love a juicy burger, but this was ridiculous. My husband pressed down on this large burger so he could take a bite. When he did grease just poured out, so much that it left a grease lake on the plate. The fries and onion rings were so greasy they were shiny, so sad. Wont be back there!! read more

Ordered a patty melt. Cold cheese not melted,on an assembled reheated burger with toaster Texas toast. Waitress was gracious and said she would have the cook make a fresh burger. New burger but raw in the middle and cheese warm but not melted. I will not spend my money here ever again and would not recommend this business to anyone. What A Burger, Five Guys, Grover T's, Waffle House patty melts are far better than this place and less money. It took less than five minutes to get our order at this sit down restaurant that was not even crowded. We all know how long a burger takes to cook (not five minutes). The second burger was on the table in less than Ten minutes. Management and the owners must train the cooks to take big short cuts and could careless about quality of what is served. The waitresses should be trained to let the cooks know that the patty melt cut in half is raw and should not be served. So many other restaurants out there that can get it right the first time. read more

Went to Mugshots in Pace, Florida today (2/3/21) around 4:00 P.M. Just a handful of people in the restaurant. Hostess sits us at a table where the sun in our faces, we got up and went to another table. Waitress took order I ordered the Chicken Holy guacamole sandwich with fries and husband ordered a Pronto burger, with fries. When the food came fries cold. My sandwich was dry and I asked for mayonnaise, I put on top and bottom of bun. Later when I had half of the sandwich eaten, I realized no guacamole. I called the waitress over and she said I saw them put it on the bottom of the sandwich and maybe it was just a little bit. Sorry, but no one puts one of the main ingredients on the bottom of a sandwich. Did she really think I was that stupid? The only reason we went there was my husband wanted to try it out. Half way during the meal he said never coming back here again. He never says that. read more
