The BEST Mechanics I Have Ever Had -- Hands Down!…read more I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Auto Haus. They are, without question, the best mechanics I have ever worked with, and I will continue recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate mechanic. My experience with them started when the catalytic converter was stolen from my previous car. I was incredibly shaken up and overwhelmed by the situation, and they went above and beyond to help me. They came out, helped get my car towed, walked me through the replacement process, and made sure I could get a protective cage installed to prevent it from happening again. Their kindness and professionalism during an incredibly stressful situation meant the world to me. One of the things I appreciate most about Auto Haus is the respect they show their customers, especially women. Unfortunately, I've had plenty of experiences with male mechanics who talk down to women or assume we don't understand anything about cars. I'm an educated woman with a master's degree, and I know enough about cars to have an informed conversation. I don't need to be talked to like I'm clueless! At Auto Haus, I have NEVER experienced that. They explain things clearly, answer questions honestly, and treat me like an intelligent human being. That alone is worth its weight in gold. More recently, I purchased what has turned out to be an absolute lemon of a car. The engine blew, and because of Carvana's warranty requirements, I was forced to take it to a different mechanic rather than Auto Haus. Despite not being the shop doing the repairs, Auto Haus STILL took the time to talk me through the situation, explain what I should know, and help me advocate for myself. Fast-forward a few months, and the REPLACEMENT engine blew too! The other mechanic has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Auto Haus has continued to be an incredible source of support. They've given me advice on how to navigate the situation, what questions to ask, and how to hold the other shop accountable. I've even brought my car back to Auto Haus to have them inspect the work done elsewhere because they are the mechanics I actually trust. Think about that for a second. They are helping me navigate problems with repairs they weren't even allowed to perform! That is the kind of integrity, compassion, and dedication to their customers that you just don't find everywhere. Auto Haus has earned my trust over and over again. They are honest, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely good people. They don't just care about fixing cars; they care about the people driving them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a mechanic who will treat you with respect, explain things without condescension, and genuinely have your back, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I wish I could give them more than five stars. They deserve every single one and then some!

Honesty, integrity and great service!…read more We thought we had a pretty bad gouge out of our plastic bumper. It looked to us like something had dug out a deep scratch. We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! I have been to Western Body Shop three times over the years for various accidents, car damage, etc…read more I cannot recommend them enough. The work they do is absolutely excellent. I honestly have never had such a great mechanic experience…read more I took my car in for some suspension work, but also had a few other things that needed looked at. I had been taking my car around to a few different shops in the area, and wasn't really having any luck, so I was pretty exhausted by trying to explain everything, but right away, they were just like "we'll just do a full inspection of everything!" I wasn't fully confident that they'd catch much (as other shops had not been able to catch anything going on). I took the car in right as they closed on a Wednesday, and by like 10am the next morning, I was sent a link to TekMetric - an app they use to document their entire process, including photos, diagnoses, and individual notes from the tech. The total on the repairs was MUCH higher than I anticipated, and I was a bit freaked out, but when I called them, I spoke with the person who inspected my car, and we went through each item individually over the phone, and discussed what was immediate safety concerns, things I SHOULD do but could get away with, and things that are more preventative measures that will need to be addressed down the line. They were very upfront with me about the timeline, which was a very quick turnaround. I've seriously have never been so impressed with a shop before. Their labor cost per hour was a little bit higher than what I saw from other local shops, but honestly, for this level of service, and how confident I was moving forward with the work, it was worth it.

Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. Overall, I had a good experience with Ashland Tire & Auto. I brought my car in for exhaust repairs,…read moreand they completed the work the same day. The repair cost seemed fair, though on the higher end of the expected range. One issue came up afterward: when I picked up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I initially assumed it was nothing serious, but by the following evening, one tire was completely flat. To be clear, I understand there's no way to know for sure whether the tire was damaged while the car was at the shop or while I was driving it home or the following day. I genuinely acknowledge that uncertainty. That said, the timing concerned me. I took the car to Just Tires, where I had purchased all four of the tires in 2022. I was told that the flat tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Replacing two tires, which is fairly typical (depending on tread wear and matching) was recommended. The total cost, including tax and installation, was about $575. I discussed the situation with Ken Papas at Ashland Tire, and I appreciate the way he handled it. He didn't dismiss my concern, but he also fairly pointed out that neither of us could pinpoint when the damage occurred. He offered $150 toward the replacement cost, which I accepted. I think that was a reasonable, good-faith gesture, even though covering the cost of one tire would have felt more satisfying. I'm leaving a positive review because the exhaust issue has been resolved (so I assume the original repair was done correctly) and because Ken handled an uncertain situation professionally. I'd consider using Ashland Tire & Auto again.

I took my car in because my sunroof was stuck open. They gave me an estimate to fix it and I agreed to have the service done. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.
