Excellent service! The only shop I will bring my car to even though it's a commute for me. Alfred, is honest and always communicates with me before any work is done. Don't hesitate to bring your car.

Alfred is the man ! Called at 8am and explained to him what I needed done. He knew right away what I wanted and told me to come on down. Drove from Hayward across the bridge to get some custom exhaust work. Got me in and out in less than 2 hours and the work was great. Will come back and get more work done next month for a track custom pipe set up. Price is really fair for what you get. Customer service is top notch.

Alfred came highly recommended to me by someone who works for a competitor, if that tells you something!

There's the Yelp one as well if you mention it (ranges $10-$12). Total is usually $110 for full synthetic for a Honda accord. I accidentally did a brake fluid exchange twice in this past year and no one told me when I came for the visit which was kind of upsetting. That's my fault for not checking my previous receipts. Wish they checked my account with them so I could've prevented this. Basically wasted $130, but I got my tire rotation done at least. but I'm pretty sad about the double brake fluid exchange incident. I was supposed to get my transmission fluid exchange done instead based off their last recommendation. Not super busy so walk ins are easy. I live far but still come back. The prices are going up though - probably will ONLY come back for oil changes even though it's on the pricier side (hence 4/5 stars). Service otherwise has been great. The owner is the best. The mechanics are okay. I can tell the owner really trained them well.

He said that's ok I will check. He asked if I wanted synthetic or regular oil. I said synthetic. I asked if it's a blend, he said they use full. I asked him what type of oil filter they use. He said they buy in bulk. He quoted me $115 plus tax. Upon arrive the mechanic quoted me $145 plus tax. I advised her the employee on the phone quoted $115 plus tax. She said let me check. Returned and said the guy thought t was a Tacoma. I told her he checked to see how many quarts of oil my truck takes and knew was 5.7 liter. 2007 Tacomas don't have 5.7 liters engines. So that why I rated this place a 1

He guided me in all the way to the right before that issue occurred never once paying attention to the rear or driver side. To be frank having a place that doesn't drive it in themselves or have an employee to accurately direct you is insane . After standing in the rain for over 30 minutes. They used whatever scrap pieces of wood they could find in their dumpster and got my truck out. HOW IS THERE NO TOW SERVICE , let alone protocol for when this happens . They used axes under my tires and whatever else was lying around. They didn't take any of my information or do an incident report with me . All they said was " Sorry" ....... Least to say I took video / pictures of the whole experience. I called the corporate office and still haven't heard back from management. I'm glad I wasn't injured during this fiasco . Oh yeah and I still need an oil change .

From the time I got in line to when I left, it took around 45-50 minutes, so I wish I had planned for a little more time. But that's on me! The team also topped off some fluids and checked my tire pressure, which I really appreciated. I didn't catch the name of the technician who helped me, but she was very kind and attentive. I paid $50 for the oil change after using a $15 coupon--so don't forget to check online for any available discounts!

They told me what would be involved and that they would not be able to work on it without it costing a fortune. A less than honest shop might've tried to soak me for a repair job that ends up costing more than expected. I know, because others have tried that. These guys gave me an honest appraisal, and I remembered that when choosing a shop to work on my wife's car. We had just bought a 2006 BMW 330 ci, and like clockwork, just after the 30-day warranty expired, we had problems. It had just rained torrentially for three straight days and unbeknownst to us, the drainage ports in the trunk were completely clogged, allowing water to build up and penetrate to the electrical system. We noticed the dash lights, indicators, and steering wheel controls did not work. We brought it to Toole's with the hope that it was something easily diagnosed and fixed. It wasn't. To keep an already long story from getting much longer, I will just say that it was a 4-day-long diagnosis as the problem component(s) were not easily found, even with advanced diagnostic equipment. They sought out expert advice from other professionals who specialize in BMWs. The problem component was found and replaced. I originally agreed to three hours of labor, but since it went as long as it did, I happily agreed to an extra hour. So essentially, they stuck to the agreement plus a reasonable additional amount. I tried to add on a tip but they wouldn't accept it. We bought them pizzas instead. I recommend this shop because they're honest, friendly professionals who seem to really want to help out their customers while running a respectable business.
