Their website has plenty of options, so I called to make sure I ordered the right parts. Eddie answered the phone, the same guy from the ads! He immediately began answering my questions while asking plenty of his own to better understand my build and driving style. I quickly realized there was a lot I hadn't considered; I honestly thought all lift kits were created equal! Ordered my shocks and had them at my door the NEXT DAY, already assembled and ready to install. Seriously impressed!

They sent me preassembled struts that I paid 200 to get them assembled by mudify. They were super squeaky going down the road over every little bump. And it's a hassle to deal with the warranty with them. All the sent out were the top hats because that's what they assume the issue is. And they have not refunded me the 200 that I paid to have them preassembled. Of course if I have to break the strut apart I need my refund because their installation was not correct. read more

The packaging of all the suspension system components needs to be better. Every factory box they were shipped in was almost destroyed during shipping. Suprised there weren't parts missing or FedEx didn't reject delivery of them. I was charged almost 40$ for "Package Protection" but Mudify didn't package the products very well. I understand that's for protection if issues arise in shipping, but poorly packaged products would definitely cause issues with shipping. I read multiple reviews where other people complained about the packaging, with some people losing parts during shipping. I figured it was just a few isolated events, but NOPE, I can see why now. Also, with the amount of money that was spent, you'd think some kind of swag would be included, like stickers. Not a single Mudify or ARB sticker. Other than that, the ARB OME system is great! read more

From inquiring,receiving, asking for guidance and installation, MUDIFY was A #1 all the way! They asked the right questions and were truly concerned about exactly what I wanted for my vehicle. I'm pretty sure Edie was the one to help me, amongst others. Even shipping to Hawaii was very reasonable. It was a small lift with Bilstein 5100's as only wanted to correct a sagging rear spring due to having a fiberglass shell for 10 years causing bottoming out problems. My full kit even included a driveshaft center bearing drop spacer, which I wasn't even thinking about! MUDIFY is the way to go! read more

Ordered a complete suspension kit (Bilstein 6112/5160) and the experience was disappointing. The rear shocks (Bilstein 5160) were not included in the original shipment due to "backorder," which I understand can happen. However, the real issue was the lack of clear and consistent communication afterward. Initially, I was told the items would be available by late April. Later, I was told they were "in stock but not shipped." Then the timeline suddenly changed again -- one shock is now expected in May, and the other not until August. At the same time, these exact parts are still being listed for sale on their website and are available from other vendors with fast shipping. This makes the situation even more confusing. I ended up with an incomplete suspension kit for weeks, no reliable timeline, and shifting explanations. Customer support was polite, but the fulfillment process and communication were not reliable. I would not recommend if you need your parts within a reasonable timeframe. read more
