Ok, I have tried now on two different occasions to eat here, and I just can not. The first time, my son order me a burger and it just wasn't good. Today I order the truffle fries and hot chicken sandwhich. There was too much truffle on the fries the smell over powered the food. I order my chicken sauce on the side because some places make it to hot, and I wanted to be able to taste the full flavor of the sandwhich and not just the heat. Wasn't too busy for Sunday brunch around 11:30 but the service was terribly slow. The anticlimactic arrival of mediocre "cuisine" all while 15+ flies terrorize you with Megan the stallions album is on repeat will be the reason I won't return. We have been several times over the last year. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not. At some point last year they changed their quality of beef I believe and it wasn't as good of a burger after that. We have also ordered to go and when we go in to get the order we seem to be ignored and we didn't feel this was good customer service. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AS ADVERTISED. We were looking forward to experiencing some live music on the weekend but after going this past weekend and seeing the entertainment they had outside in the afternoon discouraged us from ever going back. Our community does not need an establishment (in which they advertise they are family friendly) to showcase adult drag queens singing and dancing on the sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon. Another time I tried a friends double turkey burger - best turkey burger I've ever eaten. Came here on a Tuesday: trivia night and basketball playoffs on the big screen were in full effect! Super fun. Lots of patio seating, but it's pretty small inside, however social distancing is in full effect. Bonus: they make the best drinks. Try the Duncanville ice tea! This place is great! Came here with my parents about a week after it opened. We all got something different (drinks/food) and shared with each other and loved it all! Quite a lot of seating, it's almost an optical illusion looking at the place from the sidewalk. I personally had a Lonestar burger and a Duncanville Iced tea and would totally recommend those to anyone visiting the place! I must say that I was going to give them 4 stars because there seems to be little to no ventilation. You will come out smelling like smoke, but the burgers are fantabulous! The meat is well seasoned and the fries- my goodness the fries. I don't know what kind of fries they have or what they put on them, but talk about scrumptious. I got a cheeseburger and bacon cheese fries and what ever kind of bacon they use, I need it. Their ranch comes second to Wingstop. This place is awesome all around. The drinks have a nice kick. My husband tried their Carmel old fashioned and it had an interesting taste. I got the Duncanville tea, and I wasn't disappointed. My husband then tried a regular old fashioned and really enjoyed it. Duncanville has definitely the jackpot with this place. Dallas feel in the suburbs #winning. To top it off, the owner is really nice. He is a Duncanville local that supports other Duncanville businesses through his own business. The pictures are from a local photographer; the mural was done by a DHS graduate, and aprons are made by a local business. I love how he is keeping it local. Get your butts over there!
