James answered my call and gave me all the time I needed to understand the realities of selling weapons. His candor with me did nothing to generate business for him. Very impressive. Then he proceeded to learn as much as he could about what I wanted done to the third pistol. He did so in part to make sure i understood how long it would likely take for Deercreek to get to my weapon based how in-demand they are these days. It's not often you can accomplish a lot with a store talking about services on a first call. James covered everything I needed in a conversational way -- he did not rush things or treat me like a simpleton (but, I am!!). Thanks to you James. Will be dropping off my pistol in the coming days. I know the cost and the time frame will both be solid!!!! Frank

Pro Tip: It is best to reserve a lane at least 2-4 hours before they close. They book up fast, especially on busier nights! The facilities are consistently clean, though the trash bins inside the range can occasionally get overfilled with cardboard targets- honestly not a big deal, just a minor observation! We really appreciate the wide selection of rental firearms and the variety of targets, which turns our range time into a fun, competitive game night. Don't be fooled by the first room you walk into; the facility is actually massive. They have a great restaurant with both indoor and rooftop dining (and great drinks!), as well as outdoor ranges and archery. The location is also very convenient as it's tucked away from busy roads, making for a stress-free drive. Considering the current climate, the pricing feels fair. I'm happy to pay for an environment that is clean, safe, and respectful. We love coming here and enjoy the experience every time!

I bought a 12ga shotgun from this business about 2 months ago, Luther showed me how to change out…read morethe stock because it wasn't what I really wanted. After doing so a couple days later, I realized the gun had some cycling issues, so I brought it back to Luther, who said he'd send it to his gunsmith. I called/ stopped by trying to get an update on the progress of my gun at least twice a week for well over a month and a half. Always getting the same answer, "I'm waiting on Randy to call me back". So finally, I asked for Randy's info to see if I'd have better luck. When i contacted Randy, he knew nothing about my gun, but Said "Luther would give me Call". I waited for that call for the rest of the day. The very next day, I decided to stop by since I still hadn't recieved a call from Luther. At the store the next day, there was one customer being helped when I walked in. So I patiently waited for a good amount of time. While waiting, several other customers came in and were shown guns and given convo; meanwhile he's still too busy to talk to me. Only after interrupting him from doing the paperwork, (even though he didn't mind stopping that to show guns to the other customers) did he go to the back, bring my gun out, telling me that Randy had over looked it this entire time! And he just so happened to go by and pick it up yesterday, and instead of having Randy fix it. He just brought it back to the shop not repaired. Im nowhere near slow, he just never sent my gun off to be fixed, he just lied to me for 6/7 weeks about doing so.

My next visit was because my S&W 5.7 had jammed the day before at the range and I was unable to clear the spent round. At 70' years of age my hand strength and dexterity is not what it once was. Again, I was greeted upon entry and asked what I needed. Explained it and he examined the pistol and managed to pull the slide back with concerted effort.
