In my opinion, Glock is one of the top weapon manufacturers and one of my favorites. I believe it's a fantastic weapon to own for personal protection, target practice, or simply to keep. I have previously owned various Glock models, including the Glock 19, 19x, 20, and 23. My current gun is the Glock 19x 4" service model, which I enjoy using for target practice and learning. There have been no issues with the Glock handguns I have owned in the past or present. They are easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. read more

Glock is going to replace my front sight under warranty as promised not only are they going to do that for free? They rushed it over wait ago happy camper over here. Glock is the iphone of pistols. Just like an iphone, the Glock is the most popular pistol out there. Manufactures make all types of accessories, holsters and parts for these guns. Glock makes fine pistols that are very reasonably priced. They are simple to operate, reliable and accurate. There is no external safety on a Glock pistol. Sure there are internal safeties and a trigger safety, but your finger is the real safety. If your finger isn't on the trigger, the gun is on safe, if it is on the trigger, the safety is off. I have a long history with Glock. My second pistol ever was a Glock 17 9mm. I loved that pistol and still think it is one of their best models. These days I am more into 1911 style pistols, but the Glock 27 subcompact .40 is still one of my favorites. This pistol holds 9 rounds of. 40 and is small, light and easy to carry. Customer service at its finest! Bought a pair of Glocks recently and brought them over to the factory for night sights ($57), extended slide releases, and a refresh on some older mags. Living in Metro Atlanta, access to factory armorers is insanely awesome, but you can also ship your Glocks to the factory for the same work and pricing. Like everyone else, was greeted at the guard tower where they have you park, register your weapons, and provide you a visitor badge. From there you head to the far corner where a gracious tech is waiting to greet you and your glockstuff. You fill out a quick form and off they go. Takes 30-45 minutes and they return with your weapons dressed up, test fired, and cleaned. They will always replace any used internal components with new and even replace your mags if they are a couple generations old... for free! This is the kind of customer service my Dad talked about. Several of my friends and colleagues have also brought their guns here with great success. Considering picking up some used Glocks and having them rebuilt at the factory. I brought them and I was greeting by the nicest young lady named Candice. I dropped them off with her and went down the road to eat. The next thing I know, she called me and said she was finished. Much to my surprise, not only did she exchange my 2 cracked magazines, but she also exchanged another one that was fine but just an older generation. She also gave me a 3 page receipt with all of the new parts that were exchanged in my Glock 17 and all of this was free of charge also !! The gun feels like it did when it was brand new. My first firearm is the G19. There a numerous reasons I chose Glock when making my purchase. One factor was the factor being local to Metro ATL. I knew that one day, I'd need to service my gun and what better place to take it than the factory itself? After about a year and half, I finally put some new sights on (TruGlo TFX Pro). I took it to the armory and received the same Grade A service everyone else cites. I asked about an extended slide lock lever and mag release and they equipped the factory parts at no extra charge. Late to me is 10,20 minutes late IF YOUR SHÌT STARTS AT 1:30 n you get there at 1:32 YOUR DONE 2 minutes 2 DAMN LATE ! I was only here for a week and a half before I got fired .. they don't want you to use the restroom YOU DO THE SAME THING FOR 8 hours straight with ONE 30 Minute break that feels like a 2 minute break they have favorites! I have owned 5 Glocks over the last several years without need for warranty work. HOWEVER, I just bought a new Glock 43X and after about 40 rounds of S&B ammo, the slide blew off the front 2 rails. Phoned Glock, they blamed the ammo before I even finished talking. Then, I find, to send to Georgia for possible warranty work, it was Fed Ex overnight express for $106.00 one way. Amazing service here. Stopped in for my first time to get night sights on my new Glock 43. Checked in at the security office and they took down my serial number and reason for visit. Set me up with a badge and directed me to the service center where somebody would be waiting for me. Can't say enough about how professional and polite the staff was from start to finish. Once in the service center, I gave a rep my information and he said he'd try to get me in and out as soon as possible. They have magazines to read in the lobby area and a never ending Glock promo video (actually quite entertaining) playing on a large LED TV. Fast forward 15 minutes, he was already walking back out with my gun and I was good to go. Signed my paperwork, chatted a bit and headed back to security so I could get going. From the time I left my office in Marietta (about 15 min away) to the time I walked back into my office, it took less than an hour. SO GLAD I went with Glock - I've never had this kind of great service from any other manufacturer. Ok. I live in Hawaii, so getting anything done in the mainland is a challenge. Needless to say, I actively exercise my 2nd Amendment rights. With that being said, I recently sent my lower receiver to Glock (in Smyrna Georgia) for service. (Yeah, I tried doing some work myself and it didn't turn out so well. lol). Having conducted some due diligence, I called and obtained all the info for the proper method of turning in my handgun. Customer service and tech support professionals informed me of all I needed to do for completion. I shipped my lower receiver on the 11th of June, with the understanding it could be a 2-4 week turn around. I contacted Glock on 21 June, as I had not received any confirmation they had received it. Needless to say I was very surprised when the tech support representative informed me I should be expecting receipt of the lower receiver 21 June (today). Without fail, I received my lower 21 June, just as Glock stated. Not only had technicians repaired the original issue, but installed an OEM extended mag release and threw in a case in the return shipment! Now, they weren't the friendliest on the phone, (very direct and to the point) but actions speak louder than words! read more

First time visiting Glock in Smyrna. Hands down best customer service. The security officer at the gate was extremely friendly and made my first visit one to remember (Glock Swag for FREE.) The Armorer who assisted me was Robert. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I got the night sights replaced on my G21 Gen4 ($71.69 out the door.) While it was back there they also did the inspection and ended up replacing my trigger and mags. All for FREE. Overall my first visit was awesome. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again. I went here because my glock of 12 years suffered 2 repeated failure to open instances after finishing a magazine and one FTC (1st time ever). I arrived too late for them to do anything however the gentleman kept apologizing. He informed me that my frame would be replaced under the frp. He would also replace my 4 magazines when I returned. I never write reviews however glocks customer service is other worldly. It begins at the security gate and continues throughout your visit. I loved the entire experience. You drive up to the gate. A guard comes out and instructs you to park, bring your weapons in unloaded of course. They put your weapons serial numbers in the computer, give you a visitors badge, then direct you to another building to have your weapons serviced. One of the technicians will come out into the lobby and fill out a work order. They take your weapons back and literally do a full tuneup and test fire them. I had the front sight replaced on my Glock 17. I took my Glock 27 in just to get checked out. They ended up replacing 17 parts for free on the Glock 27. The only thing I pulled out of my wallet was my drivers license. I inquired about having night sights put on and that is $50'ish just for the sights. No labor charge. If you are in the Atlanta area, take advantage of having the Glock warehouse right here and take your weapons in for service. There is plenty of parking and this new facility just opened about 30 days ago. The overall time was just over an hour and I just waited in the guest area. I sent in a gtl21 tac light for lens replacement, and these guys actually replaced the whole light. I was just expecting them to replace the lens. Wow what great customer service they sent me back a brand new current generation light with batteries (which cost 10-14$ ) and they shipped it back for free. I am extremely happy with them. I enjoy my Glock. I enjoy shooting any 1911 over any Glock, but when it comes to a combat situation, I'm more than likely concealing a Glock. I have owned a 32C and now a 30SF, but this review is more about customer service. When I had to send my firearm back they wouldn't pay for it because I didn't complain enough. Oh well. But they sent it right back saying it was fine. On the very first shot back from the factory, it failed to feed again. This time I apparently complained enough because they sent me the FedEx label. I wrote a 3 page letter, then included pictures of the malfunctions. They sent it right back once again saying it was fine. So as expected, I was pretty disgruntled. Fortunately I talked to the right people who basically said, we can replace your with the same model, or you can chose a new gun, and we'll send it out ASAP. Basically I was trying to be thorough yet personable in my previous requests so they ignored them. If something is not perfect with your gun, contact Technical Support and be very Explicit. I don't mean foul mouthed but rather very detailed and leave no demand unsaid. If you are, they take you serious and will display top notch customer care! read more

Most amazing service!!! If you have a Glock and there is any problems, just visit them and your problem would probably be solved within one hour or so. In addition, they will test your gun for accuracy and you can get night sights for a just 62$ + tax. If you bring your own sights, they will put them on for free and mare sure that it is accurate!!! They can put extended mag release and do some other improvements, but only with Glock factory parts. Truly professional service! One minor issue - they refuse to install third party parts (I brought Vogel trigger and they refused to do 2 minutes installation). I would give them 6 plus if I could. read more

I would like to give a shout out to Glock! For anyone that is looking to buy a new Glock you can not go wrong because Glocks are reliable. I am a retired Police Officer, and for the last few years of my service I carried a Glock 40. Compared to other weapons I always felt safe in knowing my weapon would work if needed. With all my training with the Glock it always held up under heavy shooting. I have several Glocks now, and recently picked up a used Glock 17. I was concerned with the weapon as it appeared worn, and did not function like I thought it should be. I sent the weapon back to Glock Inc. on Feb. 9th, and was surprised when I received it back on Feb. 26. The weapon was completely rebuilt in essence it is a new weapon! Horrible customer service, Its been almost a month and the technical service department has officially pissed me off. Don't get me wrong I am not an irate customer by any means and I have been generously patient waiting for the Glock(Crap) 42 to be fixed. Story number one began with, it will be possibly 4 weeks before we get it fixed and shipped back to you, number two was it will be two weeks, three was we have fixed your pistol and now waiting on a copy of gander mountains FFL. Are you kidding me a copy of the number one outdoor and gun store in the united states and you don't have one copy of the FFL that is a load of crap. But what really lit the match was when I just called and spoke to Peter, by far Glock's best tech support specialist, he told me they have just reprocessed my glock because they have just received a copy of Gander Mountains FFL. Then he goes on to say that he finished part of the work back in the beginning of November and couldn't finish it because of the mentioned FFL issue, but he would move my pistol to the front of the line and finish the work himself and try and have it shipped out today. Listen, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a gun manufacturing company. I have owned over a dozen handguns and many rifles and shotguns, but I have never had to wait for a company to get a copy of the sender's FFL just to work on the pistol. Trust me if I ever have to deal with Glock again I will probably flip my lid after two weeks next time, but patience is key when dealing with these people. If you want top-notch customer service don't buy a Glock 42 just go with a Sig or Bersa thunder I own both and have never had one problem out of either of them with almost a 1000 rounds through each. My Glock 42 jammed out the box and they could have sent me the parts they are taking a month to "process" and put on. Glock you have failed me. read more

First off, I am glad to hear that customers can walk into Glock and find good customer service. I live across the country and as far north as states go. Glock is difficult to work with by mail or by phone. Once, I called ahead to let them know I had a defective barrel. The barrel wasn't excessively used. No other parts showed wear. The barrel was pitted during manufacturing. They told me to send the barrel to them. Glock sent the barrel back without doing anything to it and attached a note stating the following; refurbished and wrote that the barrel was worn out from normal wear and tear. Untrue on both counts. The plastic along the lower slide track wears out far ahead of a barrel. The serial number on the barrel matched the serial number on the receiver. A few weeks ago I bought a Gen 4, Model 26. It hangs up every three or four rounds. I suspected the ejector on the trigger housing is bent to the extent that it strikes the brass on the expended casing in the wrong place. It is an obvious manufacturing defect. I borrowed another model 26 trigger housing for a few minutes and sure enough that was the problem. Glock won't exchange the part for me. I told them when and where I purchased the firearm and gave them the serial number on my Glock and my name because they asked for my name. Didn't matter. So why did they want my name? I am suspicious of rating sites that only show top ratings and indicate that all of the lower ratings didn't make the cut. Has anybody ever heard of this site before? read more
