Clean place, easy to get to. (I came from Peachtree City, a 32 mile trip) Nice Place, Nice People. Ask for Ed.

My firing skills needed a refresher & after reading QS's website I was sold. The website's FAQs provide literally 99% of the information necessary for your visit. From the door, the employees behind the counter - strapped as well - made customers feel welcome regardless of skill level. After a quick Q&A with Matt, he gave me the lay of the land with the process & procedures of using the indoor range. While I picked out my firearms, he also told me that there's another employee inside the range to assist customers, who were doing just that when I got to my lane. The signage & verbal reminders of the do's & don'ts from the employees is very helpful & appreciated. Matt ended up coming back to the lanes & kindly gave me some more helpful tips...loading the clip on a hard surface is way easier oppose in your hand. After my shooting, Robby who looks like a former Special Ops assessed my target & gave me some tips for my return. There are private classes, memberships & you can swap out guns during your visit as your access is free yet you pay for the ammo. Safety is the number one priority at QS as the team of employees offers a wealth of knowledge for your trip to the indoor gun range. Rules must be adhered to or you will be escorted out, which is applauded. *There is no sale of firearms.*

I got into target shooting back in August and quickly got into a rhythm of training every couple of weeks. But the vibe check at a lot of places I went was anywhere from a little to a lot off. Not Quickshot, though. They're always friendly, and it seems like a place I could hang out and do the events they host if I had the time. The staff are all friendly, women are always welcome and respected, and they generally serve a broad and youthful clientele. Within a month, I was hooked and became a member, and it's only gotten more fun since. I could burn a hole in my pocket shooting all the great guns they had, including lots of SW and Beretta pistols and the most full autos you'd wanna try (AK, M16, UMP, Uzi, AUG, p90). Shoutout to Reed for always being a chill guy to talk to! Thanks, Quickshot!

Nice date with my boyfriend on the range. He's never shot a rifle before, so it was fun teaching him on the M16 (veteran here). He got a kick out of it since I was the one showing him the real deal. The place has a welcome feeling to it and everyone is friendly. Easy to get signed in and then you decided what you want to shoot. Grabbed the M16, ammo, and a few targets and we were ready to go. Spent about an hour or so there. A bit expensive, but I think that's just everywhere nowadays.

My first time at a gun range and I didn't do too bad! I will say the gun range is a bit expensive but it's best if you go with someone who has a membership and their own gun(s) (which is what I did) this way I only had to pay for Amo which was $60! The staff was helpful and welcoming. This range is a little on the smaller side but I like that they had all types of guns for you to shot. I shot a 9mm, a 22mm, a shot gun, and a fully automatic something another lol. If you're a women and it's your first time, let me give you some advice that I learned.... No need to look cute! Wear yourself some closed toed shoes, some longer wear, and call it a day because you will be around gun powder, you'll have to wear these lil headphones so it's just very chill! Hope you enjoy.

This place was awesome. I met my friends here to shoot their new Smith & Wesson M&P 15s. However, I arrived much earlier than them and checked in on Yelp! I was immediately given a coupon for an automatic gun rental, which was awesome. My friends and I rented two lanes. I brought my favorite handgun, a chrome Ruger P89 with black grips. My friends also brought handguns, M&P Shield and Sig Sauer P320. The range goes up to 25 yards and if you bring your own ammo you don't have to pay for theirs. We had so much fun that my friends bought memberships after we spent three hours there. This place is great for shooters of all skill levels. If you have never shot before the knowledgeable staff will gladly assist and train you. You can rent two guns at a time but If you rent their guns you pay for their Ammon Insider Tip - they machine guns from several eras in the 20th century including the Thompson Submachine Gun (Tommy Gun) and the WWII Grease Gun!

Great place! I would recommend this place for someone like me, who is doing shooting for the first time, too!! Great staff, they were very kind. One hour just flew ! My boyfriend was willing to try other guns that were there. We would definitly come back again. Oh and i appreciate the complimentary coffee and sweets as well !

We had a great time. The facilities were clean and the staff incredibly helpful. The ammo for sure is pricey. We did the free fully automatic rental via Yelp, and got two magazines for $70. I mean....it is a weapon of mass murder, but it was also really fun to shoot. Agree with others that masking is not up to par, though the staff member who primarily worked with us was masked the whole time, and I felt ok because my friend and I are both vaccinated. They were really nice in helping my friend who is foreign and had never shot before. We went in the middle of a weekday, and the place was not crowded. Super friendly and helpful staff and customers. Free coffee still available. Will be back.

I like going to places where I feel like my business is appreciated and that I'll be treated with respect. This place has impeccable customer service, friendly staff and a knowledgeable team all around. It had been a while since I'd shot, but the staff was approachable and available to answer any questions so they made me feel comfortable rather quickly. I will be back and I will become a regular. I used the Saturday Groupon for me and a pal, purchased ammo and an additional chart.

Rented the Remington 870 20 gauge shotgun and a semi automatic AK, great fun!

This was my first skeet shooting experience and I had an absolute blast (no pun intended). Thanks…read moreto Jang C. for introducing many of us to the sport. The Tom Lowe Trap & Skeet Range is located in Southwest Atlanta off of Camp Creek Parkway. What do you do here? Shoot clay pigeons with shotguns. It's a lot of fun. Various online deals have floated around for this skeet range. Groupon is one example. I bought my deal through Tippr. Some of the deals are advertised under the business name "Deshotel Arms," which is the gun shop located at Tom Lowe. It's the same place. If you don't have an online coupon, expect to spend about $25 for one round (25 shots). This price includes one round of targets, one pack of ammo (25 shells), gun rental, and eye and ear protection. Successive rounds are less expensive since you're only buying additional targets and ammo (and not re-renting the gun). If you have never gone skeet shooting or shot a shotgun before, I highly recommend going to the free beginner's class at 10:30am on Saturdays. The class is very short, but is important because it teaches you safety, what to expect on the range, and how to properly handle and operate a shotgun. If you plan to take the beginner's class, you need to show up on time as they do not accommodate for late arrivers. There are several shooting stations on the property. Each available station is manned by a Tom Lowe employee whom you give your token to. One token is good for 25 clay targets. The employee stands next to you while you shoot. When you say "pull," the employee launches a target into the air for you to shoot. There are different types of target shooting you can do. The standard one has you moving between six to eight spots on the field. In the beginner's target shooting round, you stand in one spot and fire at targets that move from the low house away from you and the high house towards you. These are easier because you don't have to follow/lead with your gun as much. It's more of a straight shot. Always wear your eye protection when you're on the range. You never know when a broken off piece of clay will come ricocheting towards you. It will leave a mark. Also, be firm with the shotgun, against your body and your face. Some of my friends got sore from the recoil of the shotgun because they were too relaxed in their setup. You want the gun to push your head and body back as a whole, not kick back up and smack you in the face. Men typically shoot 12 gauge shells and women/youth shoot 20 gauge. You can request differently, of course. I shot the 12 gauge because it was standard, but I heard from Christopher P. that it's easier to aim and more fun to use the 20 gauge shotgun. The instructors were nice, but the employee manning our station was not very friendly. It felt like he did not want to be there. We all wished we had a different employee. It wasn't too big of a deal, though, because we still had a great time. It's just like Duck Hunt. Now all they need is a dog that pops up and laughs at you when you miss.

Went with a large group plenty of different angles and sections to shoot staff was very friendlyread more
