This is a work of art. I want to personally meet whoever made this idea of layered fish , greens and waffles but it was heavenly. And I wanted to eat it all but my stomach just wouldn't allow it. I did however heat the leftover the following morning for breakfast and they were still perfect. I'm not one to go to restaurants last minute when they're closing because I know how that can make it difficult for employees, but being somewhere 45 minutes before they close shouldn't warrant getting rushed.
