In terms of quality, this location only offers one foam brush attachment and one pressure washer. Most self wash car location at least have the tire bush or separate soap gun. There was one car in line for the pull through bay so we took the machine off the trailer and went into the other one. Super easy and user friendly. I had just driven in from Fairbanks and wanted to get it cleaned so I could actually see out the windshield. The kids were tired From Being in the car all that time and I needed to get them to the place we were staying and make dinner. When I got to the house I started unloading our belongings and realized that there were dirty spots on the car. The back door looked like it barely even got it wet. It still had hand prints on the back from my kids. Needless to say I wasn't going to drive all the way back that evening so I went as soon as they opened the next day. I showed them my receipt and had them look at the car but because I didn't catch it while I was still on the property they refused to give me a new wash. They said it was their policy even though they admitted that it was a bad job on their part. The back door was my biggest issue but when I mentioned the drivers side door having a decent sized spot they said oh yeah there's part of our car wash that's broken and it's leaving spots. We are getting that fixed. Needless to say I was pretty upset. They absolutely won't do anything about it unless I buy another wash from them. They said if I had come back before closing time they would have rewashed it but since it is the next day they won't do it. Well apparently they charge per time you get your ticket to time you leave. So going in and having to take the straps off, set it up and wash it and strap it back up I paid an arm and a leg. I personally have had two terrible experiences with the new owners/their staff and I will NEVER go back (unless Andy and his sister buy it back ;)). All but one lug nut was very loose after my tire change over; one was completely off and rattling around!! I am so grateful this was discovered before my tires came off as my family and I could have been very horribly injured. I gave them another chance, and this time they overtightened my lug nuts with so much torque it warped my rotors. Despite my calls to the owner and a certified letter simply requesting a refund for my tire change over (not even asking for the cost to replace my rotors or the cost to have my trusted mechanic safely install all of the lug nuts to their property torque) they completely ignored my letter and never returned my calls. Terrible customer service! Another lady didn't even make it a block and her tire fell off and she ran over it, which took off her bumper. This is only a very brief summary. Mr. Lube was excellent in years past as I took my vehicle there for 16 years, but ever since the new owners took over, it's gone down hill tremendously! Even the front desk staff is unfriendly and doesn't greet you. For your safety, and your family's, do not take your vehicle to Mr. Lube!! Consider yourself genuinely warned!!
