Had them seal our 3 year old pool patio. A few weeks after it rained hard and now we have white…read morepatches every where. I asked them to come have a look and they refused saying that by the pics there is nothing they can do and since its been a month anything could have happened. Nothing happened. We didn't have any parties. Just my husband and I. It looked great before they sealed it. I was home when it was done and he definitely didn't let it dry long enough after power washing. He even used a Leaf blower because it was wet and then he sealed it. Since they aren't helping us at all we now have to hire another company to fix the mess they made. First time we used them they were great. This time it was awful and I'm sad every time I look at my once beautiful pool patio. Don't use this company. They don't care about their customers.

He came over and took a look at my front walkway and my back patio. Two other companies had participated in laying the stamped concrete and subsequent maintenance, but BCS had no issues picking up where they left off. They did a phenomenal job !! That was 2 years ago. My stamped concrete looks better now than it did when it was brand new. Mike even went the extra mile helping me deal with a crack in the concrete. Above and beyond !! Thank you, Mike !!

His…read moreaccount is completely fabricated and as a businessman he could have easily just stated he did not want the job. Decide for yourself if you want to enter into an interaction with him. I doubt he would have sent this message to a man. "We have decided to respectfully decline to take on your project. Our decision is based on a few reasons that we never experienced with any other customers in 14 years. We not sure what you do or did, for a living, but we have never been treated by any customer, the way you were with us, when we had to reschedule your project based on weather, such as rain, temperature etc. 1. (Condescending-Disrespectful)You questioned why we did what we did, even after we explained that we were set back, behind on schedule based on weather, as we have several projects scheduled daily, after two days on rain, we can be 8 projects behind. You went on and on as if we were lying to you.... Additionally, each project is different and sun vs, shade matters....stamped concrete, exposed aggregate and regular concrete are different scenarios. After a very unpleasant interaction, disrespectful tone directed at me, It was hard to continue to be respectful and wanted to get off the phone with you. You went on and on. After explaining we'd get back to you on a reschedule date, once we were caught up, we received another call, a voicemail, this morning, with the tone. Really? It was a reminder of the first interaction, when with legitimate reason for rescheduling you project. Our business is usually stress free and customers are kind, respectful and appreciate our communication and services provided. This makes it and unpleasant and impossible scenario for us to comfortable take on your project."
