He made sure to keep us informed as to when he would be arriving, which was so convenient. Upon his arrival he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient, and kind while troubleshooting what was wrong with my connection to the On Demand channels and answering our numerous questions. He's very informed and knew exactly what we needed in order to resolve an issue we have had since July 2022, yep, over two years! Although we had many questions we asked of him, he was able to answer every one of them and speak to us in layman's terms, which is very important! I highly recommend him to assist those who are "up in years" and if I could, I would give him a financial bonus! The only thing he couldn't do for me was help me get my monthly free ticket for a movie with Dish...I will now attempt to call Customer Service, once again, to receive the movie ticket I was unable to use when I tried to order it a week ago. I HAVEN'T HAD ACCESS to any of the movies On Demand for over the last two years!!! I am hoping they can speak English well enough so I can understand them, and they can understand me. Although the satellite services and billing have been great it is only because we get them through the national directv company. The co. in wasilla has been rude and shows no inclination to help the customer once you have signed up thru them. They are doing a diservice to the main company with their lack of assistance regardless of what problem or question you may have.
