Browsing for tile today and enjoyed checking out all the tile here. We were greeted by Dominic who…read morewas very helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and was a tremendous help. He took the time to listen and made many recommendations. He went o the back and found a perfect tile and we were able to take home samples. I highly recommend visiting this location as not only do they have gorgeous tile etc. but the personal attention was so appreciated. The store is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking and a ramp if you want to avoid the stairs. The layout of the store was easy to follow and find many options. Once you choose options they have a large table you can place all the choices on then decide if too like it or want to take items home. Great experience today. Highly recommend. The ordering process was so efficient and easy. Dominic asked many times if the order was right and confirmed the availability of the tile. The order should take less than two weeks to arrive.

While I liked the tile for a kitchen backsplash very much, I was very disappointed that double of…read morethe amount of the tile was ordered and since it was a special order, it's not returnable as per their policy. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped. My advice is to NOT LET THEM DO THE CALCULATION OF HOW MUCH TILE IS NEEDED and avoid special orders with them.

He agreed it was poor quality and not up to standards, but he wasn't going to redo! He was horribly rude and treated us like it was our fault. I am left with a horrible backsplash. This was not a difficult job. Tried to support local, but this was horrible waste of money!!! Warning- please read reviews. I am not the first to comment on this!

These are my people, and if you're renovating your kitchen and/or bath, they need to be your…read morepeople. We have just finished a very involved kitchen and bath remodel and Jerry & his crew did such an amazing job. I chose them because they had done new quartz countertops for our neighbors, who gave a glowing recommendation. Leslie will help you with ideas, plus her knowledge and attention to detail answers questions you didn't know you had. She's fun and very responsive - if she can't answer your call immediately, she will return it quickly. She has a great eye for color and design, and coordinated every step of the project. Jerry is the owner and is a super nice guy. He came out to our house just prior to the installation to make the template, which is a very interesting process and explains the precision by which a countertop is cut to fit. The guys that bring and install the countertops are wonderful. Ricky and Jacob installed our master bathroom countertop, which was a very exact fit. I had to be at an appointment, so I left while they were still there. As is sometimes the case, because of the close fit and the crazy weight of the quartz, the wall apparently got a couple of nicks in it as they maneuvered it into place. However, I never would have known this, because they patched, sanded, and painted the wall with the paint I still had sitting in the bathroom! The painter was even amazed they had done this and had done a perfect job. Wade and Artie installed our kitchen countertop, which was actually the same quartz that I chose for the master bath. They were professional and super nice, were very careful with everything, and absolutely finished it to perfection. They explained the best way to clean and care for it. Awesome guys. A couple of weeks later when our appliances were installed, a screw on the side of the cooktop was preventing it from fitting into the countertop cutout. I called Jerry, who had Ricky here within 20 minutes to shave off less than 1/16th from the cutout, and the cooktop was in. It's that kind of service that prompts me to write this review. This is a great business and they all clearly take their jobs seriously and provide an outstanding product and service. Out of the entire kitchen and bath remodel, this was the most dependable, seamless, and enjoyable process. Their pricing is super competitive, with a ton of choices. I even purchased our new composite sink here which they installed perfectly. Next year, we will do the upstairs bathroom and will again have these great people do the countertops!

This consignment shop has nice, gently used furniture, as well as other decor items (art, faux…read moreplants, even a full set of dishes -- including butter dish, creamers, etc.) I really like the price tags. They let you know when the item came in, and the pricing structure, so as items age, the price comes down. I visited another consignment store recently, and they were very mysterious about wether-or-not the price would ever adjust. This model of business is very good. If you don't like a price, if nobody else buys it, you can hold out for a better price. But honestly, they price so well, I bought an item that had just come in earlier that day. I had no reason to wait. :-)
