From what I hear, these guys have been in business forever. 40 years? Cool. I purchased one of those super fancy bright orange Husqvarna lawn mowers, used it three times before it wouldn't crank. As I know absolutely nothing about lawn mowers I brought it to these guys. The nice young man helping me said that even though it was new, the warranty would not cover fuel system issues. I started to see dollars signs flashing before my eyes and thought "how can they even sell a product at Lowe's that only works three times?" Before I knew it, he had the top of the mower opened and blew/cleaned out the fuel lines. Bam - he cranked it right up. Did he charge me anything? No. Did he try to make a service claim to the company? No. Did I thank him? Yes, profusely. So they run a business and my point is not that things will be free, but that they are honest, hard working and good at what they do; this is a place where you want to do business. It literally took him two minutes to diagnose and fix my mower. He even made a recommendation for what I should trade it in for at Lowe's. They do mower repair, new and used sales and are an official STIHL dealer. So if your mower coughs, chokes, sputters, mutters, putters, feels complacent or just plain won't get up and go, take it to these guys. read more
