Mixed Review: 1st: we order our gas logs and had them…read moreinstall them. They did a great job and we love our gas logs. The price was comparable to the other places that we had shopped (we shopped around locally and online). They were not the cheapest but we chose them because we felt they were a good deal and would do a good job. I have no complaints with the logs or installation of them. 2nd: While we were in the shop, the owner (I will not use his name) quoted a price for a particular gas company that he recommended. It was a really good price. I questioned it because I had already called and gotten quotes from this gas company and others and the prices as nowhere near that good. He said it was because we hadn't gone through him. He called and spoke to the person in charge (I will not use his name either) at the gas company and confirmed the quote. So while there, I filled out the application for the gas company. Three weeks later, I call the gas company to find out the status only to find out they had never heard of me, received my application, or knew anything about it. They were going to contact the owner of Future Energy to see if they still had the application. Long story short, one said they sent it, the other said they never received it. The gas company worked hard to get me on the schedule and get it installed. I never received the bill for the install. I had to call them ( they didn't have my mailing address.) After another three weeks of not having a bill, I just sent a check for the quoted amount. I figured there may be some tax to settle up with later but I knew that would cover the base price. Not so. When I finally got the bill it was for over $300 more than I was quoted. I immediately called. The secretary that I have been dealing with was ultra nice and has worked to get to the bottom of this. I still had to pay double what I was quoted, but they did take off some of the bill. I do not necessarily blame the gas company. I blame Future Energy for quoting the wrong price and misleading me as to what was included. If you deal with this company, please get everything in writing!!!! I did not do that and I'm paying the extra price!

This is the main purpose for my visit, hence a three star review. Should my visit have concerned some other hardware items, I could have given them more! Almost anything else related can be found here. Nice store! Very nice man in charge today!
