If the owner thought I was a scammer, surely that was cleared up after my second text when I tried to clarify if I had the right number. But he never responded, and just slandered me online instead. Jonathan arrived on time, provided excellent customer service and was very personable. His expertise was apparent when he had to disassemble our faucet which had more parts than we would have ever thought!! He proceeded to replace all with the new parts. My faucet was good as new when he was done. Jonathan also fixed the hinge on my bedroom door because it would close without having something to hold it open.
