The store sold us defective flooring. Our installers confirmed it was defective, our contractor…read moreconfirmed it was defective and even someone at the LL store confirmed it as well. The edges crack when clicking together. However, the store refused to let us return for a full refund. Their policy is to charge a 25% restocking fee even though there was a manufacturing defect. Even in our case where everyone agreed it was defective the "regional manager" still refused to refund. So we are out 25% and the money it cost to pay our installers. They also had a customer service rep call us per their policy from overseas who had no idea about our case and also refused to refund our 25% fee. I'm assuming they plan to resell this defective product since we had to pay for "restocking" which seems criminal. I have never encountered a store with such a horrible policy and negligent upper management. We plan to sue them for the 25% they owe us because that is only fair.

Michael, our project manager, came out and took measurements, and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted. A short time later, we met with William who had produced a 3D rendering of what our bath tub would look like. Not only that, they had found a tub that would fit in our space that we did not find before. They were clear about the workflow, responsibilities, and accountability. They were fair on price considering the risk they were taking doing work after someone else. I don't feel they marked it up to account for that risk. As the work began, we found more issues. They came up with solutions promptly, again transparently and timely. They sent pictures as they did work, and justified any proposals for change. We ended up with the bathroom we wanted and assurance that the work was done right. The whole team is no nonsense, fair, and honest. If we do any work on the house in the future, this company will be the first we call.
