Sir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they did! Had cracked grout in ALL of the corners of our recently-renovated bathroom. Our contractor used regular cement grout instead of caulk or similar and within months it had cracked. Every step of the process was done in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The estimator was on time, masked up, and tremendously knowledgeable. She provided several different options on the estimate for repairs, as well as information on WHY they use the products they do (epoxy grout vs. cheap caulk). Had a different estimate from another company the following week and did not feel nearly as comfortable with the estimator. Sir Grout was less expensive, AND repaired our cracked grout with a better product - the technician (Xavier) was right on time, and completed the work quickly and skillfully. He had a mask, protective booties, and plenty of drop cloths to ensure no footprints or stains in the work area or throughout the house. My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. Could not be more pleased with the work Sir Grout did to our master bath shower and kitchen counter. The shower looks like new after Jamar cleaned the tile and grout, and replaced the corner caulk. In the kitchen, the caulk along the corner of the counter top and backsplash was replaced. It too, now looks like new. Jamar wore shoe 'booties' in the house, was clean and tidy as he worked, and left no trace of work mess behind. After the work was done, I phoned in a question about an area in the kitchen, and with NO hesitation, Jamar said he would be out the next morning to look at it... and when here, he completely reworked one of the grout lines to make it look better. Sir Grout Charlotte provided excellent service. Ted came out to review our situation and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and presented the estimate at that time. Jamar was assigned to our project. Dylan showed the first day as Jamar was finishing up a previous job. Dylan did a fine job. Jamar came the second day and spent valuable time trying to dry out our shower floor before sealing it. He explained that if it wasn't dry, we would have a bad smell.
