I found MT Towing through AAA, and they've helped me 2-3 times with a jump. They were always punctual and reliable. At one point, I was even ready to purchase a battery from them, but they didn't have the specific battery I needed for my car at the time. Recently, I decided to call them directly to assist with replacing my battery. I spoke with Todd the night before, who advised me to call back the next morning when a technician was available. I did, but when I called, the receptionist (not Todd) answered. I made it clear that I needed a Mercedes-Benz specialist, as my vehicle is a Mercedes. After waiting over 30 minutes, the technician finally arrived, only to tell me that he didn't specialize in Mercedes-Benz. He had been told that the vehicle was a Mazda, not a Mercedes. That miscommunication was frustrating, but it wasn't the technician's fault--I hold the phone receptionist accountable for that mix-up. Overall, MT Towing has been helpful in the past, but this particular experience was disappointing due to the miscommunication. read more

My JDM 1970s car was towed by this company and they broke off the antenna in the process. They sent me an email asking how my tow was, I told them their driver snapped off my antenna which I had to pay to repair, and they have not responded, nor offered me compensation for it. I would not use them. They don't respect your car, nor respect you as a customer to own up to their mistake. read more

This was a long distance tow from LA to Murrieta 80 miles and he delivered. Edward was professional, courteous and gave us careful instructions on what we needed to do for him to proceed. Negative-1. THE WORST TOWING COMPANY!!!!! I called AAA to request Towing for my Brother, they told me via text That MT Towing Systems would be at the location at 1235am no later than 1:30 am. It is now 235 am and THEY NEVER SHOWED! I checked the tracking text it said "Thank you for working with us!" As though they towed my brothers car but they weren't at the house hmmm! So I sent a text to AAA the dispatcher was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, they said that MT Towing completed the the service, I said No they never showed up that is WHY I am checking, they said that the meme ER wasn't with the vehicle, I said How would they KNOW THAT, if they NEVER SHOWED UP?!! So I Reiterated that my brother is on my membership and he has own membership number the AAA Dispatcher confirmed it on the initial call!! And then AAA dispatch texted me " unfortunately, he does have to request the service under his membership to receive service." I said That He is a member at is was confirmed in the initial call for services. They texted the same message and then disconnected the chat. I then had to call AAA again to get some assistance. They dispatched MT TOWING SYSTEMS again I asked for a different service provider the lady tells me that MT Towing is who provides service for that area, And the wait would be longer for them to locate a different provider. So I had no choice but to go with this LAZY, NO GOOD, LYING As.. company UGGGGH! It is now 3:15 am dispatch said they would arrive at 355 am. And I will be calling corporate on AAA as well!!! Their customer service is shit and they tow truck drivers are vultures. They look for people who have been in accidents and lie to their face about the fees and once your car is in their lot they price gouge you. Be very careful with these shady ass men. My husband locked his keys inside his car. We called AAA who contacted Mt Towing Systems to come and help us. We waited for over 2 hours, and finally called someone from Mt Towing, gave them our information and said they would be there in "20 minutes". Another half an hour goes by, and there is still no one there. We called AAA multiple times, and the agent told us that the company had marked themselves "on site" even though they never arrived. We called Mt Towing Systems again, with the same person on the line as before, who said he was not even aware of the service and asked for our information again. Like what? We just called you and you don't even remember what you said? They are completely unprofessional that they have the audacity to lie. If you don't want to work or do your job, then just admit you are lazy and don't want to do it! Whatever helps you sleep at night I guess! Learn to have some integrity. let me tell you my story of profound irritation and agony with this incompetent provider. On Monday morning I realized I had a flat tire so I scheduled an appointment through AAA for that evening. The time came, I received a message that they were approaching, but nobody came. The same thing happened twice more that night, I was waiting for someone from 7pm until 11pm and nobody came, all three times the same company MT Towing! The day after I made sure to call AAA and share with them what happened and reschedule for that evening. 30 minutes prior to the time guess what happened? They showed up and guess what? I wasn't there, because THEY WERE THIRTY MINUTES EARLY! So the guy at MT tells me I have to call AAA again to reschedule, even though it's his mistake. I called AAA and they confirmed that he made a mistake and should wait for me. I called the guy back and he said to me "no problem, call me when you get there and I'll come meet you". So I did that and he said he would head over. Not two minutes passed and he called me again saying that AAA never sent him any messages so he was not going back. So he tells me to call AAA again. So I did, once again they told me they did message him AND called him and that he was lying. I unfortunately lost my keys in LA and AAA did not pass along that message to the towing company they sent out aka MT Towing. When Hector got there it was super early in the morning and he at first thought that he would have to call another tow truck to tow me out of the spot. I don't like leaving negative reviews. If you look on my profile you'll see all the other rewards I've ever given are 5 star because I like to reward great service. But people definitely need to know when a business is terrible. I've had AAA for years. 2 years ago I bought a car battery from them that died. They have a 3 year warranty so I called and asked if they could exchange it and they said they would. This company MT Towing comes to help. I asked my fiancé if he could go out and talk to the guy and bring my ID (he's better with cars and I was in the middle of something). 5 mins later I come out too and the guy is telling me that he can't exchange the battery because he it's not in the system that I purchased it. I mean, I'm looking at this battery that says AAA on it and the expiration date but okay. I will call them back. The guy claims he doesn't have their number and he can't help us. Even though he apparently called them to see if it was in the system. So he starts yelling at me that he has to leave and there's nothing he can do to help. And I'm arguing back that we called AAA and they said that you can exchange it. So my fiancé (the calmest person I've ever know) asks us to please stop arguing. So this guy, his name is Farr, starts yelling anyway. My fiancé asks him to calm down so we can figure out the situation. Then Farr hits him like an angry girl in 6th grade and jumps in his car and drives off. We called AAA and told them what happened. They were incredibly upset and said the battery should've been switched as that I did purchase it and he should've just done it by looking at the expiration date on the battery!! Anyway, terrible experience with Farr. Not sure why companies hire angry people like him. The person that came to help us after was shocked to hear the situation and kindly did his job like any normal person. I wish I got his name. Horrible service. Called 3 days in advance for a scheduled flatbed service for my classic Mercedes between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on Feb 26th and was quoted $95.00. When I called to check on the appointment the person who answered the phone said I needed to call in the day before again which I was not told and then charge was now $120.00 because it was rush hour. I am so grateful for this company. Last night I panicked when the door closed as I was loading groceries, and I realized my 2 year old must have grabbed the car keys and was now locked inside the car. I called AAA and they put me at the top of the list for expedited services. Literally within seconds of hanging up with the dispatcher, I an MT Towing Services truck came quickly pulling into the parking lot. Hector jumped out and had my door unlocked within seconds. He explained how he had seen the call come in from dispatch and dropped everything he was doing to come to me when he read there was a child locked in the car (by the way, this was also New Year's Eve, and I'm sure they were busy). One of your drivers nearly backed into us yesterday in the parking structure at Hollywood and Highland. We honked repeatedly, and then he put his left hand put the window shot, us the third finger, and yelled F%$K YOU! I wrote down the license plate of the truck which is 23829RI. Several minutes later we came upon him and he again yelled F%$K YOU! We immediately reported this to AAA so you may be hearing from them. This behavior by any employee is inexcusable.
