I've had Mt.Shasta spring water for a few years and today my Alhambra order showed up. No notice to your customers and changed the water without anyone's permission. Thanks for screwing all of your customers read more

We LOVED service with Mt Shasta Water for the 6 months we had it. We got about 60-75 gallons a month and loved the taste of the water and how friendly the delivery guys were. But our delivery was late yesterday so I called and was redirected to Primo which is bought by Alhambra. Mt Shasta Water was bought out but didn't give adequate notice to customers. Instead of water being delivered yesterday, they told us our new delivery date would be 2.5 weeks from that day. We ended up switching to a smaller, family owned spring water company and are thrilled! I would not recommend Alhambra. They no longer use Mt Shasta spring water, and had no information about the quality or if minerals were added back in. Very happy we switched to a new provider. Very sad to see the company be bought out with negative changes from the start. Will be referring all my friends and customers to the other family owned business from here on out! read more

Used them for over 8 years with excellent service. When we were assigned a new delivery driver, we ran out of water 2 months in a row and had to fill the chiller on our own until the next delivery schedule. On the third delivery, the kid tossed the 5 gal container onto the chiller splashing water all over the wall and floor and walked away. I had to mop it up. read more

We had Mt Shasta Spring Water for many years and never had a problem. I recently called to get my delivery date changed because we'd be out of town and didn't want water sitting out and was given a crazy run around. The message was supposed to be given to the driver to either deliver before or after and to call and let me know the day delivery would take place so I could leave out the used bottles. When I hadn't heard back 5 days later I called again and was told the message would be left again and driver would call me. The driver called that afternoon and told me he couldn't give me a date since the company had been purchased and they had no idea who or when regarding deliveries. I made my third, fourth and fifth calls the following day but nobody was able to help me. One lady hung up on me because I was expressing frustration at having to call so many times. On the sixth call I made, I spoke with the manager who also had no real info and didn't seem to care. We decided to switch companies because if Mt Shasta and the new company didn't care about how this change and their very real lack of info and help was impacting their customers, I didn't want to be a part of it anymore. A couple days later, Alhambra water came by to discuss the new ownership. My husband told them our experiences and told them that we'd signed on with a new water company, Snow Mountain Spring Water. Wish us luck lol read more

This spring water is from Mount Shasta. Well, at least I hope it's from Mount Shasta, I love the taste of the springwater and it's so convenient to order. I don't mind buying bottled water, but I prefer a 3 gallon or 5 gallon from them and I also rent the cooler stand, which keeps the water cold all the time. read more

Your company should have customer service training. I used to like my water delivery guy, until now, I have a new driver and really he should have some kind a training, he came to my house left me a note about my bill , without knocking on my door. Dude! I am so mad , I have called the front office made my payment and still waiting on your manager Steve to call me. read more

I was just notified TODAY that Mt. Shasta spring water was bought out by Alhambra with NO notice!!!!! What the heck!!!! I have used Mt. Shasta for over 10 years. Alhambra is not mountain spring water, and they dont have my permission to take over my account!!! read more

I loved the water and loved the company. I was switched to Alhambra without my consent and the Alhambra water is not from Mt Shasta springs. Alhambra says they bought out Mt Shasta Springs Water. Why weren't the customers given this info beforehand and given a choice? Their phone numbers now directly connect to Alhambra. read more

If I could give a ZERO OR NEGATIVE star I would! Worst delivery service on the market. Lazy, creepy, unprofessional workers. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS WHEN ENTERING THE HOME. As I was having to do paperwork to sign up, the worker was breathing down my neck instead of bringing the equipment in. He then proceeded to bring the equipment in once paperwork was done. Before leaving he was taking pictures of my animals. Very odd. He also left his book at my home. I texted him right away as instead of you dealing with a receptionist (over the phone) you deal directly with your driver and they handle everything (if they aren't lazy POS's), when I texted him it was maybe 1pm (he stated he is paid to 6pm) he said he was home and would come get it on Tuesday (this was on a Thursday, so he wanted me to hold it for 5 days, even though he was in town and could've came and got it. Extremely unprofessional. When I called to request a different driver I was given the run around. 2 weeks goes by and I hear from NO ONE except his manager. She asked why I needed a different driver and that it was justified for him to leave his things at my home since he was out of town with his wife when he had told me he just got home from work‍endless excuses as to why I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Not even the spineless district manager could contact me. NOW, 2.5 weeks later I get a text from the creepy delivery driver "Damien" (watch out!) stating he will be coming to pick up my equipment and bottles. Was it not clear he was not welcome on my property again?! Will NEVER use this company or recommend them to ANYONE! read more

I'm a customer but I don't know how much more bs I can handle I'd had to deal with high turnover with their drivers for the past 6 years, they constantly can't find my place or call me and want to meet for me to pick the water up In Town when they deliver on my road to other customers , the last time my wife picked up the bottles in town the driver gave her 4 distilled bottles wtf!! We have no use for distilled water we have always bought Regular drinking water l call their office more frequently than I'd like they always say we have a new driver or a sub driver. Delivering water is not rocket science. read more

Two stars because the water is delicious. More like 5 stars for the water and -minus 3 for customer service. We have used them for a few years and have rarely needed customer service. Yet all of the three or four times we have called the lady and the man who have answered the phone are incredibly rude. Very confrontational. We have also had multiple issues with the driver. Several times he has left water on street outside a locked gate. We came home from work and water had just been sitting on side of road in 100+ heat. Water bottles literally hot to touch. But then they do the opposite too. Recently we forgot to put empty bottles outside, so he just didn't deliver water. I called and they said he went to the door but saw no bottles so left. We were sitting in living room! Could of knocked. We called for special delivery but he never called back. Called the office for help and they said it was his responsibility to call and they couldn't help at all. We have gotten 6 bottles every two weeks for 4 years! Now we have no water, and 12 empty bottles on porch bc last time he left water but didn't take bottles. I guess I will look for new service if I don't here from him soon. read more

The delivery service sucks.... my driver sucks.....when we ask for our water we have to wait weeks..... they constantly pick up empties and don't leave any full ones.....the drivers are to lazy to knock on the door and see what's going on with the account....and when I called to complain our driver lied and said he was threatened....lol MAC read more

Do NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Drivers are dishonest, they'll keep billing you and claiming they've delivered water to you when it never happened. The billing department is completely disorganized, and unreliable. read more

I lived in a rural area, and my driver was great. The water is really good quality. I ended up moving out of state, and turned in my equipment. Did not get a refund for the full unopened bottle I returned with my equipment. Apparently by law they are supposed to destroy it. So heads up, use all the water before you turn in your equipment if you are stopping service. Also, it's been two months now and I still have not received my refund of the deposit for the bottles. I have called twice. The first person said it should have already been processed and promised to expedite my file for the processing of my refund. I just called again and the person said it usually takes around 90 days to get a refund and wasnt bothered at all that I was upset at hearing the opposite of what the first person said. read more

I've used Mt.Shasta 5gallon bottles of water (delivered) for years, now suddenly they have changed the water seal in the top of these bottles and the new seal is dang near impossible to deal with: originally all I needed to pop that blue plastic seal was a chop stick...after removing the peal-off safety seal just give the inner blue plastic seal a quick poke with a chop stick (not even hard!) and it separated then sank into the water...no big deal. Now the new blue plastic seal seems to have (like the Mercedes Benz hood star) 3 partial serrations that need forcing apart for water to flow out once the bottle is inverted into a dispenser...HA! this just don't work: those three serrations do not break-open easily, or evenly leaving the entire blue seal in place with just a little hole there in the middle of the seal...at best. Once the bottle is inverted, nested in my crock the pressure of 5 gallons of water, now above the seal just reseals the little hole...at best only allowing a small dribble of water to seep out of the bottle into the crock. THIS MUST CHANGE! Or I'm looking for a new bottled water source! read more

I had a driver stop and sell us on the water and a water dispenser. He was very personal and tailored our water needs to us not just dropping off whenever they want to. So I bought in. Apparently they let go that driver and then they just started dropping off jugs of water on our door when we aren't home, and upped the price per bottle. I called to ask why there is water on our porch and a bill, talked to a rude woman that said that's how it is pay the bill. I explained that for almost a year our nice Driver set it up that I only get water as needed. Apparently the guy who is doing good buy customers was not doing what the boss wanted so I guess they fired the good driver now we deal with rude people. I'm done with Mt. Shasta springwater I will never again support them. Customer service is not their focus obviously. Disappointed, give your business to someone else! read more

We recently got new hard work floors installed well we put new water bottle in cooler. And noticed over half of the 5 gallons of water was now all over floor. Called and they said oh that happens. The bottle probably had a crack in it. Ok #1 it ruined my floor. #2 how safe is that to have a crack in (clean drinking water). read more

The water tasted like chlorine, and their driver constantly bad mouthed their competitors the entire time, very unprofessional

I had a very wonderful lady come to my door offering their services. It was more convenient than buying bottled water and more eco-friendly as I don't use plastic bottles anymore, just my Kanteen. It saves me money, their water tastes great and they deliver. I think their customer service is great! All three employees I've spoken with have been professional and really nice! read more

The best water service !!! They are on time and the water is do good If u live in redding you have to have drinking water brought in and this is the best company for it read more

After walking through the store the other day I realized we have thousands of plastic water bottles laying around in bags, so I thought lets get the faucet attachment that purifies water on the sink? So I bought the filter, a replacement filter, then a pitcher (all were on sale) to keep the water cold and I was into it for $28. Which is far less than the $3.99 + crv I pay several times every month for 30 bottles which equates to far more then $28? After bringing it home, we find out that it doesn't fit the new fancy faucet we bought a few months back.So I thought, back to the water bottles? I had an idea to call one of these bottled water guys, I thought this will cost a small fortune per month. So I wasn't too hopeful. lol I sent an email to Mt Shasta Spring Water and a guy named Gary replied with a phone call, he discussed my options and I wanted a stand up water cooler that dispenses cold water. He was great, he told me they had a promotion from the Tehama Fair and he could still give me that rate, so I received a cooler and two bottles for just a $16 start up.The bottles are $7 each for 5 gallons and based on our consumption I'm paying just a slight bit more, with the rental of the dispenser. Before you decide what a stupid move it is, we are no longer throwing hundreds of plastic bottles away each month or having to pay for gas to take them to recycling. The water is pure quality, its delivered, its ice cold and I have room in our fridge for more important things like food! No more restocking the fridge every day with water over and over, buying more plastic non recyclable garbage bags to go in the landfills that we are packing full with plastic water bottles, and you could save more on this service just buy purchasing a used dispenser online for $40. We had our water service just 1 day but Gary was great, he took care of everything over the phone including my CC payment, and had it delivered and set up in our house last night. Highly recommended company! read more
