I moved to a new home & needed to hook up water. BVWD requires a person to come in, in person, which is not at all convenient. I made an agreement with the women I spoke with over the phone I'd be there on a day at a particular time. I couldn't make it, so I went in a day early, at the 11th hour (literally 6 minutes before they closed) & she was SO nice, patient, & incredibly kind. She gave me the really simple & easy to fill out form required for new customers. I didn't have the title yet for my new home but promised to bring it in, in 2 days. She generously offered me the option to email it to her, which I did the following day. Showing up in person was inconvenient absolutely! BUT .... the level of truly genuine service was really appreciated & my water is now on. I've had no trouble & set up auto-pay so I don't have to worry about being home to check the mail for a bill. I travel for work & BVWD makes it so easy to set up auto-pay & be worry free. To the woman in the office, THANK YOU!! Thank you for your kindness, patience, & for being so calm to me on a day when I was clearly frazzled. You are truly appreciated :)

I moved to another town and apparently you have to tell the water company when you move . It did not occur to me too let the water company know personally where I was moving. I thought the Postal Service would forward all of my mail. They do not forward mail from Bella Vista water district. I did not know that! The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very nice and like I said I have been happy with the service until today. Lucas called on Thursday morning and the driver Gary H. arrived within 20 minutes. Can you remember when a contractor arrived ten minutes early? That happened. We were in the mountains 90 miles from Redding. Lucas decided a downslope pump was suitable. We did not have any fences, but our thirteen year old tank was 140 feet from the road, on a 30% slope. This was a difficult hose-pulling and laying job based on the slope and the vegetation. Everything went well. Gary was great and he completed within 45 minutes. I had no breaks in the baffling or tank, or anywhere on the property. We also spoke on the routine maintenance, and how to keep trees (and roots) away from the tank - that was helpful. Payment was straightforward. Lucas agreed to provide the Leech line Certification via email the same afternoon. He met that promise.

First time we called Edgewood, was after getting a pretty high estimate from Earls... we didn't want to have to replace a whole toilet and the tech they sent didn't seem to want to work, rather he wanted to upsell. So, when Vince came out from Edgewood, he said he'd just cut the bolt and install a new one. That's all it took. Super easy, super quick and affordable. And, it was literally a 4th of what a whole new toilet would have cost us. This second time was just as easy and headache free to use Edgewood. Replace a water pressure regulator and boom, done. It leaked twice and I had to call them. "Said it was no big deal it's only effluent Then I had septic alarm after they finished. Said they couldn't come for ten day. I checked it and the pump switch was turned off. Then a year later the county called to do a final on septic. Since the didn't get reinspect after the leak. Upon inspection they found the risers to septic hadn't been sealed. I did it. Totally unacceptable.
