It was discovered that contaminants from the old county sanitary land fill on Mitchell Heights Rd. had possibly compromised the source, you think? I would like to know where the current source is actually located and even pay a visit. I would also like to see a North Coast Labs professional analysis certifying the quality of their current source. We have been a customer since the mid 80's and have been OK with the service and superficial water quality. However, lately the quality and cleanliness of their bottles has been questionable. (It makes you wonder about what's inside the bottle.) I have a call into their call center to give them a heads up and request a water quality analysis. Update. Turns out their water source is at the base of Humboldt Hill. That doesn't make me feel so great but who knows?

But when I called 3 years later, still under warranty, they told me that they had outsourced the extended warranty contracts to a company called "Centricity" in Florida and that it was my responsibility to deal directly with them. Try Googling "Centricity complaints" and you will understand why I consider them to be a scam company from which I was unable to secure service of any kind after two weeks of trying; long/frequent hold times, closing case repeatedly without explanation, language barriers and getting automated product sales pitches with no other options when calling. So I gave up and bought a new wash elsewhere. EVA told me they were aware of the issues I was experiencing but when I asked to be reimbursed for a warranty which ultimately was not available to me they declined. In my opinion that this reflects unethical practices at best and fraud at worst. Buyer beware.
