Fifth Park Stoneworks started our hardscaping project in October of 2021 (an approximate $50,000.00…read moreproject). The young teenage boys worked very hard from mid October through December. Our project was put on hold in December due to weather constraints. After a 7 month wait, in mid July, our job was finally scheduled for completion but no one showed up and no one called!! I called the owner, Mervin Esh repeatedly and he has disappeared!! I hired Fifth Park Stoneworks because their website (no longer available) and brochure showed pictures of beautiful high end stone work. I paid 30% more than the bid I got from a competitor to insure that our job would be meticulously installed. We had many challenges with Fifth Park installers who are still learning the trade and no owner on site to manage our project. I am not sure who did the high end stone work in the marketing materials? My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the owner, Mr. Esh who did not come to our job site and who disappeared before our job was finished!! We are left with a HUGE mess... (1) Mismatched blue/grey wall slab. (2) 200 lbs of polymeric sand is needed to finish filling the paver joints. (3) Missing mortar joints. (4) Cracked mortar joints. (only 7 months old) (4) Replacement needed for the wrong size blue stone tread. (5) NO job site clean up - Fifth Park left over 500 sf of blue stone debris. PLUS, I spent 40+ hours picking up crushed stone debris... it is all over the lawn... in every flower bed... in the wooded perimeter... EVERYWHERE!! (6) Mortar residue left on 200+ sf of blue stone pavers. THIS IS NOT A HIGH END STONE MASON... FIFTH PARK STONEWORKS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!!

The work was done at Zeltenreich United Reformed Church at 752 Hollander Road New Holland PA 17557. The parking lot and cemetery roads had not been sealed in 15 years and was in serious need of repair. The price was very reasonable compared to several other reputable companies. Sam Lapp at Asphalt Repair in Gap was very accommodating through the whole process. In this community where everyone is known he is well liked and considered beyond reproach in honesty. I asked for the supplier of the sealer and the specs which we used to compare with other companies and he had the manufacturer send them to me. I could not be happier with the results. I was also impressed with the black sand they used to retard the crack sealing pressing through the seal coat and being tracked in the building. I encourage you to use him if you need asphalt or sealing, 717-442- 9071 lappsam@yahoo.com

The quality of their work was outstanding, and it was obvious that they take pride in doing the job correctly--not just quickly. When we had them come out and rip out an awful job that had been done just nine months earlier by another company, they impressed us right from the start. Their attention to grading, drainage, and proper preparation really sets them apart. They understand that a great driveway is about much more than simply putting down asphalt, and they took the time to make sure everything was done the right way. The crew was extremely efficient, courteous, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. The finished driveway has looked absolutely beautiful and flawless for the past three years, and the sealcoating they did today is the cherry on top. Both times, they did an amazing job cleaning up afterward--you would hardly know they had even been there. It is refreshing to find a company that combines quality work, honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. On top of their exceptional workmanship, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. If you are looking for a paving company, I would highly recommend E. Squires Paving. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely use them again!
