I usually love the Shrimp Tempura rolls from this place but yesterday I got the shock of my life from them. I ordered 3 separate Shrimp Tempura rolls to-go which would have been 24 roll pieces, in 3 separate containers each containing 8 pieces. What I received was 24 pieces in a small single container and all of the pieces of the rolls were half the size of their normal pieces and were jammed into 1 to-go container. I get Shrimp Tempura rolls from there often so I knew they had tried to pull a fast one on me by cutting each individual piece in half, thereby giving me less sushi than I paid for. I was there this afternoon for lunch. Although I had seen the restaurant many times this was my first time eating there. I went in earlier to get a menu & decided to give them a try. I ordered hot tea, salad w/ginger dressing, chicken teriyaki & shu mai. The salad dressing, as well as the teriyaki dressing were both excessively watery. The Shu Mai, which was pureed shrimp, was a bland watery flavor as well. I told my server what I was experiencing & asked to replace the teriyaki with the hibachi & my request was denied even tho they cost the same. Her explanation was that they were both prepared the same way. I don't know how their sushi fares, but based on their habits I would not attempt to try the sushi; I d be afraid of getting sick. I order the spicy tuna roll and the spicy salmon roll. I was not able to even tell the difference between the two because of the amount of filling on the inside of the roll.
