For background, I purchased 3 rooms of wool carpet, 2 custom-made large rugs and 3 flights of stair runners with landing carpet. Firstly, their work is unbelievable - Jonathan's guidance and knowledge was so helpful, and gets you your quote quickly and scheduled for install even faster. The installation team are easily the best I've worked with. They come prepared to do a completely custom job that's tailored exactly to your needs, right down to sewing on stair runner edging on site to make sure the colors work once the carpet is laid. They happily resized a rug (on site) for me once i realized I'd ordered it too large, and redelivered the product in 3 days. Today, they installed our stair runners (less than 2 weeks after i ordered them) and the whole way along they checked that i was happy with the look, and offered sage advice on lines and patterns that i never would have thought of.
