He then said no need to pay the $95 fee and said no one will do my work for his original quoted price. I called licensed electrician: Ken Electrical, Inc. and he quoted me 1/3 of the price and he came back to check everything was ok for free. In-n-out electric should of just took my money and not argued over a foot-3feet of electrical wire.

He tested several outlets and wires including fixing a couple of weirdly wired outlets. He also replaced half a dozen of the old (pre-1990) outlets including a couple outlets that were original to the 1970s when room was added. It was affordable and done in under two hours. Would definitely recommend them for future work.
