We avoided the pool as there were groups of kids screaming at top of lungs most of our stay... so we also avoided the spa. No cell service at this location but they have wifi -- overall -- it was okay - I cant say I would go back on my own as for that price id stay somewhere with more amenities.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and for this place to be awarded two key Michelin is not something I experienced while staying there. First off for almost $900 a night our room had paper thin walls, can hear the neighbors talking, snoring, and other sounds. There was mold in the grout of the showers, and our privacy curtain that was broken. They advertise deep soaking tubs and a spa like feel, but it's the complete opposite of that. All they had to offer was a small freezing cold pool and a cold hot tub. Unless you wanted to spend over $1,000 a night for a small "private hot tub" thats not at all private as there are rooms upstairs looking over onto the patio. The restaurant advertised free breakfast which was a small confusing menu. The "free" options where of pancakes, yogurt, and a tiny breakfast sandwich, which was just eggs. If you wanted anything extra, get ready to be charged for non quality food. The "Fresh Juice" was clearly store bought and not freshly pressed like they advertised. Clearly, the servers in the restaurant need help. Im pretty sure I witnessed someone walk out one morning. If you are looking for a place to relax with room service, basic needs such as lunch, drinks, or snacks, they do not offer it here. Which I found very surprising for a luxury hotel. Everything about this trip fell short. Which is really disappointing as the pictures and website advertise the opposite. For the price of the room, amenities and such is not worth it here.

My first serious issue happened when I tried to return needles that were not properly sealed. The pharmacist in charge became so confrontational that she talked about calling the police. I chose not to complain because I thought maybe she was simply having a bad day. Unfortunately, the problems continued. My prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy and approved through Medi-Cal, yet I was told I would have to pay completely out of pocket. I had to call Medi-Cal myself. Medi-Cal then contacted the pharmacy and confirmed that the medication was covered. With my most recent prescription, I was told for days that the medication was out of stock. Then I was suddenly told that my doctor had submitted the wrong code. I contacted Medi-Cal again, and they told me the prescription information was correct and the medication was covered. At another pickup, staff spent approximately 30 minutes trying to find my medication. Eventually, it became clear that the pharmacist had not yet filled it. This is not a minor inconvenience for me. My A1C is currently 13.8, and only days ago there was a serious discussion about the possibility of losing my foot. Getting my prescribed medication on time matters enormously right now. After days of calls and delays, and after Medi-Cal again had to communicate with the pharmacy about coverage, I finally received only a partial fill of my medication. I understand that medications can be out of stock, insurance systems can be complicated, and pharmacies are busy. I have tried to be patient. But being repeatedly given conflicting explanations, being told there were problems with my doctor or insurance when Medi-Cal was telling me otherwise, and having difficulty simply obtaining medication that had already been prescribed and covered is deeply concerning. When someone is dealing with a serious medical situation, delays and misinformation around medication can have real consequences. I sincerely hope CVS management looks into what happened at this location. I am sharing my experience because patients deserve clear communication, accuracy, and appropriate urgency when their health is on the line.

I wound up buying a couple bottles to take home with me and so did my daughter. A pallet is a very strange thing to explain to people because my taste and what I think about that wines flavors and nuances it really varies from person to person. But I was so impressed with this lovely product. If I wasn't there, wouldn't be those two bottles in my car. When we arrived I was amazed at how beautiful the estate is and the vineyards are well kept and breathtaking. As we entered the estate we were greeted my the host as my friends had reservations and since it was a hot day we did our tasting inside with a wonderful window view of the vineyards. We were each giving a glass of the Pinot Noir Rose which was absolutely refreshing and delicious this was actually my favorite wine. We had wine tasting of both Red and White wines. I am more of a Pinot Noir drinker than Chardonnay. Every tasting we had was really good, but no of them topped that fantastic Rose. Ursula, I believe was her name was our wine host is she was amazing and explained the different wines and the vineyards and where their grapes are grown. After out tasting we had a really nice picnic outside and enjoyed each others company. I would definitely come back without a doubt.
